精细化人力资源管理的模型及系统研发

【摘要】:随着近些年来的人力资源管理理论的发展,越来越多的企业开始意识到人力资源的重要性,尤其对于软件行业等高新密集型产业来说,更是如此。人力资源渐渐成为衡量企业核心竞争力是否强大的标准。虽然目前市场上有大量的人力资源管理系统,但大多都是围绕人力资源进行建模,没有考虑到人力资源本身的复杂性。人力资源本身就具有主观能动性,会参与到社会各类管理活动中,不可避免的与其他管理活动产生交集。对于软件企业来说,在软件项目开发的整个生命周期中,人力资源始终参与其中,如果将人力资源管理活动与项目管理活动分开来,企业不仅浪费了一部分资源去进行人力资源管理,也会导致在项目管理过程中遇到诸多难题。项目进度慢、项目需求变更都会产生人力资源调度,如果采用线下沟通的方法,从沟通交流到人力资源变动这个时间段所要花费的时间和精力往往是不可预计的,这样也无形中降低了企业的核心竞争力。因此,基于传统人力资源管理模式的局限性,本文提出了面向项目过程管理的精细化人力资源管理模型RHRMM(Refined Human Resource Management Model),定义了在精细化管理模型中的相关概念,将人力资源作为底层数据维护,通过日常报工衔接人力资源与项目管理之间的联系,并提出了一个改进的资源冲突检测算法,解决传统资源冲突检测算法冲突信息量较少,可扩展性差的特点,为企业降低管理成本,提高产品质量,提升核心竞争力提供了强有力的决策支持。本文的主要贡献有:(1)提出了精细化人力资源管理模型RHRMM本文对RHRMM进行了形式化定义。该模型不但提供了将外部资源数据导入资源池的公共接口,也实现了在资源调度时的冲突检测算法。RHRMM从处理流程上来看主要包含数据导入,数据处理,数据分析和数据表现四个层次。(2)提出了一个适用于RHRMM的资源冲突检测算法传统的资源冲突检测算法只计算了资源在某段时间内的平均使用率,反应了资源在某段时间内的使用情况,但没有检测是否发生了冲突,也没有更进一步的冲突信息。因此本文通过资源池维护资源元数据的一致性,从而建立了统一的资源冲突检测机制,封装资源冲突信息,能够更好的辅助企业管理决策。(3)应用研究结合广州南沙中国科学研究院软件应用研究所i SERP项目的开发,对以上工作进行了实际工作考量和性能分析。经过反复的系统测试和性能测试,发现该资源模型能有效的通过资源冲突检测预处理冲突数据防止不正确的数据状态存入数据库中,并且能够有效的生成资源分析,项目进度等视图辅助项目管理层做出决策和企业日常业务管理工作中。
[Abstract]:With the development of human resource management theory in recent years, more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of human resources, especially for the software industry and other high-tech intensive industries.Human resources have gradually become the standard to measure whether the core competitiveness of enterprises is strong or not.Although there are a large number of human resource management systems in the market at present, most of them are built around human resources without considering the complexity of human resources themselves.Human resources itself has subjective initiative, will participate in all kinds of social management activities, inevitably intersecting with other management activities.For software companies, human resources are always involved throughout the life cycle of software project development, if human resources management activities are separated from project management activities,Enterprises not only waste part of the resources to carry out human resource management, but also lead to many difficulties in the process of project management.The slow progress of the project and the change of the project requirements will result in human resource scheduling. If the offline communication method is adopted, the time and energy spent in the period from communication to human resource change are often unpredictable.This also virtually reduces the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore, based on the limitation of traditional human resource management model, this paper proposes a refined human resource management model, RHRMM(Refined Human Resource Management model, which is oriented to project process management, and defines the relevant concepts in the refined management model.This paper takes human resources as the underlying data maintenance, connects the relationship between human resources and project management through daily report, and puts forward an improved resource conflict detection algorithm, which solves the conflict information of traditional resource conflict detection algorithms with less information.The characteristics of poor expansibility provide strong decision support for enterprises to reduce management cost, improve product quality and enhance core competitiveness.The main contributions of this paper are as follows: (1) A refined human resource management model (RHRMM) is proposed in this paper. RHRMM is formally defined in this paper.The model not only provides a common interface for importing external resource data into the resource pool, but also implements the conflict detection algorithm.This paper presents a resource conflict detection algorithm for RHRMM. The traditional resource conflict detection algorithm only calculates the average utilization rate of resources over a certain period of time.It reflects the use of resources over a certain period of time, but does not detect conflicts or further conflict information.Therefore, this paper maintains the consistency of resource metadata through resource pool, so as to establish a unified resource conflict detection mechanism and encapsulate resource conflict information.Combined with the development of I SERP project of Institute of Software Application of China Institute of Science in Nansha, Guangzhou, the practical work and performance analysis of the above work are carried out.After repeated system tests and performance tests, it is found that the resource model can effectively pre-process conflict data through resource conflict detection to prevent incorrect data status from being stored in the database, and can effectively generate resource analysis.Project schedule and other views assist project management in making decisions and daily business management.
