寻甸县党员管理信息系统年终报表统计项目化管理研究

【摘要】：党员管理信息系统年终报表统计工作需要进行大量的数据更新,涉及的单位和人员多,党组织类型和党员类型多,而且时间跨度长、报表统计上报过程复杂繁琐。本文通过运用项目管理的理论和方法对党员管理信息系统年终报表统计工作进行项目化管理做了相关的研究和分析。 本文首先论述了本课题的研究背景、目的和意义,以及当前国内外研究的现状等。其次,对未进行项目化管理的2013年寻甸县党员管理信息系统年终报表统计工作进行了分析,并将2014年寻甸县党员管理信息系统年终报表统计工作以项目化进行实施管理。最后,通过对分别采取不同管理模式的2013年度和2014年度的年终报表统计工作从观念、工作量、报表质量、相关成本开支及工作时效性等几个方面进行了对比分析,得出结论：党员管理信息系统年终报表统计工作引入项目管理可行而且必须,对年终报表统计工作进行项目化管理,以项目的角度进行规划和实施,能够有效地节省人、财、物,提高工作的效率和实效。
[Abstract]:Party members management information system needs to carry on a large number of data update in year-end report statistics work, involving a lot of units and personnel, party organization types and party members types, and long span of time, complicated reporting process of report statistics.By using the theory and method of project management, this paper makes a related research and analysis on the project management of the statistical work of the year-end report of the Party member management information system.This paper first discusses the research background, purpose and significance of this topic, as well as the current domestic and foreign research situation.Secondly, the statistical work of the year-end report of Xundian County Party member Management Information system in 2013 without project management is analyzed, and the statistical work of 2014 Party member Management Information system year-end report is managed by project.Finally, the paper makes a comparative analysis on the statistical work of the year-end statements of 2013 and 2014, which adopts different management models, from the aspects of concept, workload, report quality, related cost and expenditure, and working timeliness, etc.The conclusion is: it is feasible and necessary to introduce project management into the statistical work of year-end report of Party member management information system, to carry on project management to the statistical work of year-end report, to plan and implement from the angle of project, can save people and money effectively,To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
