【摘要】：进入21世纪以来铁路直接关系到我国的交通动脉,已成为了我国的核心的基础建设。随着计算机、网络技术的发展,信息化技术越来越多的应用于铁路施工工程建设的过程管理中。铁路工程项目管理信息化建设中质量管理和安全管理是其中非常重要的内容,直接关系到整个项目的建设和项目完成后的质量,对铁路建设的信息化管理的质量提升和管理水平的提升起到非常大的作用。由此看来,质量和安全管理信息化系统建设有着极重要的实际应用。论文首先介绍了系统总体功能及解决方案,对目前流行的分布式应用技术的优缺点进行了比较,重点分析了MVC设计模式,并根据铁路工程项目管理系统应用的实际情况和特点,提出了基于C/S与B/S架构相结合的系统应用解决方案。其次,在深入调研、分析铁路施工管理中质量与安全管理业务相关技术规范和需求分析的基础上,对质量与安全管理系统进行了功能模块和业务流程分析。第三,对质量和安全管理进行系统设计。重点介绍了在管理信息系统开发中可通用的代码录入动态库接口的设计,以及系统数据访问安全保障机制解决方案。最后,介绍了代码录入动态库、二进制数据文件存储等代码实现,并给出了质量和安全系统中部分功能的实现界面。目前,该系统已应用于在建项目中,实际应用效果表明,系统功能丰富、性能稳定、实用方便,可以满足企业工程项目质量管理与安全管理的实际需求。

Secondly, the in-depth research, analysis of the relevant technical standards of quality and safety management of railway construction management and demand analysis, the quality and safety management system is analyzed and the business function module process. The paper mainly introduces the design of the general code entry in the dynamic library interface in the development of management information system, data access system and security system solutions. Finally, introduces the code input dynamic database, binary data file storage code, and gives the the realization of the interface function of quality and safety system.
