基于关键链技术的塑料配混工厂项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:目前塑料配混市场竞争日趋激烈,各个厂商都力图按照自己的战略布局尽早将产品投放到市场,已到达抢占市场份额的目的。因此塑料配混工厂项目一旦立项,就会有明确而严格的项目进度计划要求,而且通常都很紧张。由于塑料配混工厂项目有多条路径并行开展,且各个路径之间有着互相制约关联,而在实际运用传统的项目进度管理方法的执行过程中,由于各路径的进度存在的差异性,经常存在关键路径不断变化,甚至项目严重延期的问题,造成难以挽回的损失。 针对塑料配混工厂面临的问题,在项目的进度计划管理中应用关键链项目管理(CCPM)技术,解决基于资源约束的项目进度管理难题。本文针对塑料配混工厂项目过程,充分考虑到了资源约束、人的行为因素和各种的不确定因素的影响,具体应用关键链的技术,采用启发式算法计算出关键链,并应用弹性系数法来确定缓冲区,构建出关键链模型,并且通过建立缓冲管理机制来对整个项目进度进行动态管理。 本文的主要创新点是将关键链技术应用到塑料配混工厂项目进度管理中。关键链的设计运用了MS Project软件,缓冲区的设置采用了风险弹性系数法,使项目进度计划更具有可控性和可操作性。到目前为止,还没有关键链技术在塑料配混工厂项目中的应用案例,因此本文的研究具有现实的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition of plastic blending market is becoming more and more fierce, each manufacturer tries hard to put the product into the market as soon as possible according to their own strategic layout, has already reached the goal of occupying the market share.Therefore, once the project is approved, there are clear and strict project schedule requirements, and are usually very tight.Because of the parallel development of multiple paths and the interrelation of each path in the project of plastic blending plant, in the process of implementing the traditional project schedule management method, the difference of the progress of each path exists in the actual application of the project schedule management method, because of the difference of the progress of each path.There are often critical path changes, even serious project delays, resulting in irreparable losses.Aiming at the problems faced by plastics blending plants, the key chain project management (CCPM) technology is applied to the project schedule management to solve the problem of project schedule management based on resource constraints.In this paper, according to the project process of plastic blending plant, the influence of resource constraints, human behavior factors and various uncertain factors are fully taken into account. The key chain is calculated by using the technology of key chain, and the heuristic algorithm is used to calculate the key chain.The buffer zone is determined by the elastic coefficient method and the key chain model is constructed. The buffer management mechanism is established to dynamically manage the whole project schedule.The main innovation of this paper is to apply the key chain technology to the project schedule management of plastics blending plant.The key chain is designed by using MS Project software, and the risk elasticity coefficient method is used to set the buffer zone, which makes the project schedule more controllable and operable.So far, there is no application case of the key chain technology in the plastics blending plant project, so the research of this paper has practical significance.
