【摘要】:暖气是我国北方居民冬季生活的必需品。城市集中供暖在节约能源、保护环境、提高经济效益等方面有综合优势,发挥了重要的作用。近些年来,我国房地产业迅猛发展,已经成为我国经济发展的一个重要的支柱产业。随着房地产业的发展,现有的热源已无法满足需求,大量的供热项目开始建设。对于供热项目来说,进度决定了供热设施的投产时间,是一项关系到社会安定的重要因素。因此做好供热项目进度管理意义重大。本文主要用项目管理的理论研究供热项目的进度控制,通过对L供热项目的个案分析法来说明进度计划的制定过程、进度控制的基本方法和保证进度控制实施的相关措施。文章先是叙述了供热项目进度管理的重要意义。然后介绍了J热电公司的基本情况和供热项目进度控制的现状和存在的问题。在引入L供热项目的案例后,对其工作任务进行了分解,理清了各工作间的逻辑关系,并且做出甘特图、网络图,找出了关键线路。在进度控制方面论述了进度监测的方法和偏差的分析和纠偏措施。然后论述了如何通过组织措施、管理措施、协调措施、安全措施保证进度计划的实施。最后得出研究结论,并对供热项目的进度控制提出自己的建议。本文总结了大型供热项目进度管理的经验,将专业理论知识与实践相结合,使本文的研究有较强的可操作性和实际应用意义。尤其对J热电公司今后的供热项目建设有很好的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Heating is a necessity of winter life for the northern residents of our country.Urban central heating plays an important role in saving energy, protecting environment and improving economic benefit.In recent years, China's real estate industry has developed rapidly and has become an important pillar industry of our country's economic development.With the development of the real estate industry, the existing heat source has been unable to meet the demand, a large number of heating projects began to build.For the heating project, the schedule determines the commissioning time of the heating facility and is an important factor related to social stability.Therefore, it is of great significance to manage the schedule of heating project well.In this paper, the theory of project management is used to study the progress control of heating project. Through the case analysis of L heating project, the process of making progress plan, the basic method of schedule control and the relevant measures to ensure the implementation of schedule control are explained.The paper first describes the important significance of schedule management of heating projects.Then it introduces the basic situation of J Thermal Power Company and the current situation and existing problems of heat supply project schedule control.After introducing the case of L heating project, the work task is decomposed, the logical relation between each work is clarified, and the Gantt diagram and network diagram are made, and the key circuit is found out.In the aspect of schedule control, the methods of progress monitoring, the analysis of deviation and the corrective measures are discussed.Then it discusses how to ensure the implementation of progress plan through organizational measures, management measures, coordination measures and safety measures.Finally, the conclusion is drawn, and some suggestions are put forward to control the progress of heating project.This paper summarizes the experience of schedule management of large-scale heating projects and combines professional theoretical knowledge with practice, which makes the research of this paper more operable and practical significance.Especially for J Heat and Power Company in the future heating project construction has a good reference significance.
