广厦园林公司工程投标项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：广厦园林公司是国内一家专门从事各种环境景观工程施工、园林绿化工程及养护等业务的公司,近年来,随着公司实力不断增强,其所投标的工程项目愈来愈多。为了能使投标资金得到利益的最大化,并且对项目工程方面的信息进行综合管理,公司工作人员对现在的工程投标项目管理方式进行了讨论,并且一致认为目前人工为主的管理方式已经无法跟上公司发展的脚步,甚至可能因为管理不善而阻碍公司的发展进程。为此,工作人员提出希望建立一套自动化的工程投标项目管理系统,使用先进的技术手段对工程项目进行管理。本系统以面向对象的设计思想为基础,使用B/S架构进行开发,将Java作为编程语言,此语言通用性较强,便于系统功能拓展升级。并且利用Struts2、 Spring、Hibernate三个框架技术与MVC开发模式的结合对系统进行层次划分。在数据库设计方面,则以大型关系数据库Oracle11g为基础,充分利用Hibernate的数据库连接池技术,进行系统数据的存取操作。系统划分了项目管理、证件管理、投标分析管理、报表中心管理、系统维护管理五项功能。项目管理主要包括：项目信息管理、项目登记、项目类型管理、项目班子管理四项子功能；证件管理包括：证件类型管理、证件信息管理、证件登记、证件培训、证件统计、证件流动六项子功能；投标分析管理包括：投标标录信息管理、查看报价浮动曲线图等子功能；报表中心管理包括：报表类型管理、报表管理等子功能；系统维护管理包括：档案、合同、费用、职工信息、往来单位、日程、用户、公司信息等多种管理以及系统设置多项子功能。本工程投标项目管理系统在广厦园林公司投入使用之后,可以提高公司在项目投标管理方面的规范化、自动化程度,提高工作人员的工作效率与工作质量,使公司高层全方位的掌握公司在工程投标报价方面的信息,及时做出调整,有助于公司未来的发展。
[Abstract]:Guangxia Landscape Co., Ltd. is a company specialized in environmental landscape engineering construction, landscape engineering and maintenance, etc. In recent years, with the increasing strength of the company, more and more engineering projects are being tendered by the company.In order to maximize the benefits of bidding funds, and to comprehensively manage the information of project engineering, the staff of the company discussed the current project management mode of project bidding.And it is agreed that the current management mode based on labor has been unable to keep up with the pace of the development of the company, and may even hinder the development process of the company because of poor management.Therefore, the staff proposed to set up an automatic project management system for engineering bidding and use advanced technical means to manage the project.This system is based on the object-oriented design idea and uses the B / S architecture to develop the system. Java is taken as the programming language. This language has strong generality and is convenient to expand and upgrade the system functions.And use Struts2, Spring hibernate three frame technology and MVC development mode to divide the system hierarchy.In the aspect of database design, based on the large relational database Oracle11g, the database connection pool technology of Hibernate is fully utilized to access the system data.The system includes five functions: project management, certificate management, bidding analysis management, report center management and system maintenance management.Project management mainly includes four sub-functions: project information management, project registration, project type management, project team management, certificate management including: document type management, document information management, document registration, certificate training, certificate statistics,The management of bid analysis includes: bidding information management, checking the floating curve of quotation, report center management including: report form type management, report form management and so on.System maintenance management includes: files, contracts, expenses, employee information, units, schedules, users, company information and other management, as well as the system set up a number of sub-functions.After the project management system is put into use in Guangxia Garden Company, it can improve the standardization and automation of the project bidding management, and improve the work efficiency and work quality of the staff.So that the company in all aspects of the company in the bidding information, timely adjustment, conducive to the future development of the company.
