基于SOA架构的宁东供电公司通信管理系统应用研究

【摘要】:长期以来,电力通信分层、分级、分区的管理模式使得各级电力企业的已建系统基本上都是孤立的、狭义的,各个业务系统之间的互通性和融合性较差,随着电力通信网的不断扩大,这种“各自为政”的业务系统已经不能满足全网一体化管理的需求。通信管理系统核心功能建设的目标旨在实现四级骨干传输网的全面管理和通信指标数据、信息指标数据统一可视化展现。在试运行阶段先接入骨干通信网节点设备,实现设备告警24小时实时监视功能。动力环境监控系统项目建成后,再单独接入通信管理系统,实现信息通信机房温湿度、烟感、门禁等信息的监控。待接入网网管具备接入传输网管北向接口后,再对接入网设备进行接入和监控。从“十一五”开始,电力通信网迈入了一个全新的发展快车道。伴随着电网建设的飞速发展,电力通信网也一跃成为国内最大的通信专网之一,面临着新的机遇和挑战。面对过去众多的通信管理业务系统,包括总部分级部署的系统和各省自建的系统,已经不能适应新时期电力通信网的管理需求。站在新的历史机遇点,电网企业需要建设一个一体化的新的通信管理系统,覆盖骨干通信网和终端接入网。打破之前各个业务系统之间无法纵向和横向互联互通的瓶颈,以不断提升电力通信网的精益化管理水平。本文以项目管理和业务流程重组的视角,对通信管理系统的应用进行研究。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the management mode of electric power communication hierarchy, classification and partition has made the built systems of electric power enterprises at all levels basically isolated and narrow, and the interoperability and integration among various business systems are poor.With the continuous expansion of electric power communication network, this kind of business system can not meet the needs of integrated management of the whole network.The goal of the core function construction of the communication management system is to realize the overall management of the four-level backbone transmission network and the communication index data, and the unified visualization of the information index data.In the trial operation phase, the node equipment of the backbone communication network is connected first, and the real-time monitoring function of the equipment alarm is realized 24 hours.After the project of power environment monitoring system is completed, the communication management system is connected separately to realize the information monitoring of information such as temperature and humidity, smoke feeling, entrance guard and so on in the information communication room.After the access network management has the northward interface of the access network management, the access network equipment will be accessed and monitored.Starting from the eleventh five-year plan, the electric power communication network has entered a new fast track of development.With the rapid development of power grid construction, the electric power communication network has become one of the largest private communication networks in China, facing new opportunities and challenges.In the face of many communication management business systems in the past, including the hierarchical deployment system of headquarters and the self-built system of each province, it has been unable to meet the management needs of electric power communication network in the new era.At the new historical opportunity point, power grid enterprises need to build a new integrated communication management system, covering backbone communication network and terminal access network.In order to improve the lean management level of electric power communication network, the bottleneck of vertical and horizontal interconnection between different service systems is broken.In this paper, the application of communication management system is studied from the perspective of project management and business process reengineering.
