【摘要】：全球经济已经进入了激烈竞争和迅速发展的时代。只有不断提高核心竞争力,企业才能在竞争中立于不败之地,这也是摆在每个企业面前的当务之急。随着中国制造业的发展,中国从“制造大国”向“智造大国”前进的步伐中,产品的创新与开发能力提高是中国企业在国际化进程中必须跨过的障碍。企业在创新研究和设计开发的过程中引入越来越多的IT工具和信息系统进行辅助支持。其中产品生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,简称PLM)是企业在产品创新研究、设计开发过程中使用最广泛的一种应用系统。PLM是一种基于产品生命周期理论的管理信息系统,涵盖了产品需求、产品设计、产品开发、产品制造、产品上市,直到产品退市各阶段。实施PLM将帮助公司节省成本和提高利润以及提升企业创新能力,特别是在研发领域的创新研究和设计开发能力。产品生命周期管理系统PLM不仅能够对产品信息进行统一管理,还能够充分利用研发、需求分析以及销售等各方面的信息,进而提升公司的研发创新水平。PLM作为管理学中的一种具体表现形式,主要解决企业产品从用户需求、订单信息、产品研发、工艺设计、生产制造到维护维修整个生命周期过程中的数据管理、过程管理以及跨部门、跨区域和供应链协同工作的问题。当今社会发展主要依靠科技与知识,PLM管理系统的合理运用,能够为产品的研发与生产提供信息化发展途径。随着PLM技术在企业的实施和不断深入应用,企业对其上线运营也有了更高的要求。本文的研究重点是：论述PLM项目的具体实施过程及其使用中的方式步骤,通过美的冰箱事业部PLM项目的成功实践,探讨出对制造企业具有广泛性、实际操作性的适用策略。在本研究课题中,基于公司应用之视角,通过实例分析法,参考与产品生命周期管理等相关的基本理论,加强和实践活动的结合,综合应用项目管理法、系统研究法以及运作管理法等,将美的集团冰箱事业部PLM项目视为研究对象,对当前正在实施的优化产品周期项目展开深入而全面的分析。结合应用系统的具体运作状况,对实际应用过程中所遇到的难题、具体解决方法进行统一整理,且基于此对如何更好地提升系统性能、促进后期发展给出个人建议。在本文中,所进行的工作主要包括：第一,阐述本文的研究的背景和意义,然后分析和研究PLM在国内外的研究成果,并由此确定本文的内容和研究的方法。第二,介绍产品生命周期管理的基本概念和主要功能的基础,简述PLM与其它IT系统的关系。第三,对通用的项目管理理论做了简要概述,并针对PLM项目管理特点和管理理论做了详细阐述。针对PLM项目管理特点,对PLM项目管理模型的重要组成部分进行具体的研究,并对典型企业的PLM系统中项目管理基本流程进行阐述。第四,先简要介绍本论文中的案例(某家电企业实施PLM项目)的总体情况。接下来详细分析企业实施PLM存在的问题与分析及其解决方案。第五,基于本案例总结企业成功实施PLM的特征以及对PLM系统的展望。
