基于SharePoint的内部协同办公自动化系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：办公自动化(OA:Office Automation)是信息化社会,重要的标志之一,它是利用现代化的设备和技术,全部或部分代替办公人员的工作,从而实现高效地处理办公信息和办公事务。本人实习的单位是联想(北京)有限公司,联想集团是全球最大的个人PC (Personal Computer)生产商,是一家极富创新性的国际化公司。而本人所在的互联网企业业务认证部,是一个新组建且即将独立运营的部门,考虑到独立运营后的办公业务,故而需要设计开发一套属于部门的内部协同办公自动化系统。本人有幸在实习期间参与了该公司的基于SharePoint2013的内部协同办公自动化项目。该系统主要模块包括门户首页、个人工作台、报表中心、会议管理、搜索中心,培训管理,管理中心,通讯录,文娱部等几大部分。其中,会议管理,培训管理,文娱部,论坛,考勤管理由本人负责设计和实现。具体工作概括如下： (1)系统的最终用户是公司所有员工,只有满足员工的所有需求才是完美的系统,因此通过运用软件工程的知识,与部门成员共同讨论、分析,提出了系统的功能性和非功能性需求,划分了系统的功能模块,并且确定了系统的整个操作流程。 (2)就本人参与开发的五大模块(考勤管理模块,会议管理模块,培训管理模块,娱乐部和部门论坛)进行了具体的功能分解,同时设计了相关的数据库表。 (3)设计并实现了会议管理模块,培训管理模块,文娱部模块,论坛模块,考勤管理模块。 (4)就本人参与编写的五大模块,使用黑盒测试方法进行了测试。该系统已经完成,并投入使用,运行期间一切正常,未出现大的问题。从功能上基本可以满足公司的需求,具有一定的先进性和实用性,实现了对现有业务需求的满足,更符合公司项目管理的办法以及工作效率的提升,且更进一步提升人员管理的能力。
[Abstract]:OA: office Automation is one of the most important symbols in the information society. It uses modern equipment and technology to replace the work of office personnel in whole or in part, so as to deal with office information and office affairs efficiently.My internship unit is Lenovo (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Lenovo Group is the world's largest personal PC personal computer manufacturer, is a highly innovative international company.And I am in the Internet business certification department, is a newly established and will be independent operation of the department, considering the office business after the independent operation, it is necessary to design and develop a set of internal collaborative office automation system belonging to the department.I was fortunate enough to participate in the company's internal collaborative office automation project based on SharePoint2013 during my internship.The main modules of the system include portal home page, personal workbench, report center, conference management, search center, training management, management center, address book, entertainment department and so on.Among them, conference management, training management, entertainment department, forum, attendance management by myself responsible for the design and implementation.Specific work can be summarized as follows:The end user of the system is all the employees of the company, and the perfect system is only to meet all the needs of the employees. Therefore, by using the knowledge of software engineering, we discuss and analyze with the members of the department,The functional and non-functional requirements of the system are presented, the functional modules of the system are divided, and the whole operation flow of the system is determined.2) the paper analyzes the five modules (attendance management module, conference management module, training management module, entertainment department and department forum), and designs the related database table.3) designed and implemented the conference management module, the training management module, the entertainment department module, the forum module, the attendance management module.4) using black box test method to test the five modules that I participated in.The system has been completed and put into use, during operation everything is normal, no major problems.The function can basically meet the needs of the company, with a certain degree of advanced and practical, to achieve the existing business needs, more in line with the company's project management methods and work efficiency,And further enhance the ability of personnel management.
