基于装配式技术的工程建造项目管理研究

【摘要】：在我国的社会发展过程中,由于人口数量巨大,在城市化建设的过程中经常会出现住房供不应求,建筑质量低下的状态。而传统的建造方式的施工周期长,成本较高,不利于建筑行业的快速发展。在这种情况下,建筑工程的装配式技术应运而生,目前的建筑工程中发挥着十分重要的作用。本文将对基于并行工程的装配式住宅设计过程的构建进行分析,探讨工程施工中的装配式管理技术,以提高基于装配式技术的工程建造项目管理水平。
[Abstract]:In the process of social development in China, because of the huge population, in the process of urbanization construction, the housing supply often exceeds the demand, and the construction quality is low. The traditional construction mode has long construction period and high cost, which is not conducive to the rapid development of the construction industry. In this case, the construction engineering assembly technology emerged as the times require, the current building engineering plays a very important role. In this paper, the construction of assembly house design process based on concurrent engineering is analyzed, and the assembly management technology in engineering construction is discussed in order to improve the management level of engineering construction project based on assembly technology.
