综合信息系统在地质勘查项目管理中的应用

【摘要】：针对地质勘查项目周期短、分布零散、施工条件艰苦和目标易变更等行业特点,神华地质勘查有限责任公司将现代项目管理技术与信息和通讯技术相结合,开发了综合项目管理信息系统。详细介绍了综合项目管理信息系统设计的主要功能构架及适用性研究,该系统通过现场施工数据采集、自动计算分析将复杂多变的地勘项目信息转变为统一、直观和可度量的数据与图表,为企业生产决策提供依据。通过实际应用表明,该系统使生产决策更加科学合理,提高了信息的处理效率,节约了人力资源成本,并为企业带来了标准化管理模式。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of the geological exploration projects such as short cycle, scattered distribution, difficult construction conditions and changeable targets, Shenhua Geological Exploration Co., Ltd. combines modern project management technology with information and communication technology. A comprehensive project management information system is developed. This paper introduces in detail the main functional framework and applicability of the design of the integrated project management information system. The system transforms the complex and changeable geological prospecting project information into a unified one through the collection of field construction data and the automatic calculation and analysis. Intuitionistic and measurable data and charts provide basis for enterprise's production decision. The practical application shows that the system makes the production decision more scientific and reasonable, improves the efficiency of information processing, saves the cost of human resources, and brings the standardized management mode for the enterprise.
