铁路建设的“八五”回顾与“九五”构想

【摘要】：总结了“八五”期间的铁路建设成就、措施、经验,介绍了铁路“九五”期间的主要建设任务,包括加快路网建设、建设西南通道及运煤通道、配套大干线、打通限制口。同时提出了“九五”期间的工作思路,包括设计思想、项目管理、施工技术、投资控制、工程质量等。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the achievements, measures and experiences of railway construction during the eighth Five-Year Plan period, and introduces the main construction tasks of the railway during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, including speeding up the construction of the road network, constructing the southwest corridor and the coal transportation channel, supporting the trunk lines and opening up the restricted ports. At the same time, the author puts forward the working ideas during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, including design idea, project management, construction technology, investment control, engineering quality and so on.
