【摘要】：借助于互联网这一虚拟、开放的工作环境来实现智力资源的协同开发和时空共享 ,可以最大限度地利用并开发全球范围内各个领域的智力资源 ,从而实现资源的优化配置。运用系统工程的研究方法 ,通过建立I3-ASPP系统平台和电子商务 ,采用现代项目管理中的知识集成方法 ,遵循软件工程化开发的原理 ,实现了统一的数据平台 ,消除了“信息孤岛” ,形成了“共享数据板块” ,并进一步集成为“信息资源大陆” ,为石化企业的研究和科学决策提供依据。
[Abstract]:With the help of the virtual and open working environment of the Internet, the cooperative development and space-time sharing of the intellectual resources can be realized, which can maximize the utilization and development of the intellectual resources in various fields around the world, and thus realize the optimal allocation of the resources. Using the research method of system engineering, through establishing I3-ASPP system platform and electronic commerce, adopting the knowledge integration method in modern project management, following the principle of software engineering development, the unified data platform is realized. The "information isolated island" is eliminated, the "shared data block" is formed, and the "information resource continent" is further integrated, which provides the basis for the research and scientific decision of petrochemical enterprises.
