基于BIM的建设项目工程造价管理研究与应用

【摘要】：人类一直在为解放自己的双手努力。从传统的手工算量计价到现在的电算化算量计价,人们在造价管理领域追求科技化的脚步从未停歇。近年来BIM技术的迅猛发展更是为工程建设项目的管理领域锦上添花。BIM技术是运用数字化技术对工程建设项目进行建模,实现设计、建造、运营维护为一体的特殊平台。BIM彻底改变了建筑领域原来的表现形式,实现了图像从二维到三维的颠覆性转变,而且BIM对于建设领域进行了一场彻底的信息革命。不仅仅是让项目的参与方能够获得信息共享的权利,而且信息的传递更加明了、直观,无论是建设方、设计方亦或是施工方等都能够了解项目的全部情况,加强了不同专业间的协同能力。正是它信息化的特点为项目的各个参与方、管理者提供了一个互相沟通交流的平台,大大减少了项目参与方之间的信息不对称问题,使各方能够在共同的环境下工作,从而促进整个工程建设项目造价管理效率的提高。基于前人研究的成果上,本文深入研究了国内外的造价管理现状,探讨了BIM应用在造价管理中的价值,以及如何让BIM与造价管理相结合实现本土化,把BIM技术运用到我国的建设项目造价管理中,提出BIM在造价建模上的规范,构建了基于BIM的造价管理系统,提出了基于BIM的造价管理框架体系,让造价管理借助BIM这个新技术平台提高造价管理的效率以及准确的程度,从而解决存在造价管理中的一系列问题,为BIM在造价管理方面的应用提供了有力探索。
[Abstract]:Man has been trying to free his hands. From the traditional manual calculation to the current computerization, people have never stopped in the pursuit of science and technology in the field of cost management. In recent years, with the rapid development of BIM technology, the management field of engineering construction projects has been enhanced by the use of digital technology to model engineering construction projects, to achieve design and construction. Operation and maintenance of a special platform. BIM completely changed the original form of the architectural field, realized the image from two to three dimensional subversive transformation, and BIM for the construction of a thorough information revolution. Not only can the participants of the project be given the right to share information, but also the transmission of information is clearer and more intuitive, whether it is the constructor, the designer or the constructor, who can understand the whole situation of the project. The ability of synergy among different specialties has been strengthened. It is its information characteristics that provide a platform for the participants and managers of the project to communicate with each other, greatly reduce the problem of information asymmetry among the project participants, and enable all parties to work in a common environment. Thus, the cost management efficiency of the whole project is improved. Based on the results of previous studies, this paper deeply studies the current situation of cost management at home and abroad, discusses the value of BIM application in cost management, and how to combine BIM with cost management to achieve localization. This paper applies BIM technology to the construction project cost management of our country, puts forward the standard of cost modeling of BIM, constructs the cost management system based on BIM, and puts forward the frame system of cost management based on BIM. The cost management can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the cost management with the help of BIM, which solves a series of problems in the cost management and provides a powerful exploration for the application of BIM in the cost management.
