基于协同的软件企业知识管理研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代的推进,使得知识成为企业的一种重要生产要素和战略资产。软件企业作为典型的知识密集型企业,获得竞争优势与其对知识的获取、应用、共享和创新等能力密切相关。在软件企业日常运作中会产生体系异常复杂的知识,从类似于需求分析报告这种高度有条理的、结构化的显性知识,到类似于编程经验诀窍这种非结构化、难以表达的隐性知识,具有识别和采集复杂、非线性产生、隐性化程度高、知识流动与人及业务流程高度相关等特点。软件企业业务的开展需要在项目框架下协调不同资源、不同角色的任务执行者展开协作,这是一种复杂的协同场景,知识贯穿于整个业务流程,流通于整个协作的项目团队中,对软件企业的知识管理提出了一些新的要求,譬如知识管理当与IT项目管理高度协同、需更注重人的因素、业务中知识需求能被快速响应等。通过对软件企业知识管理现状的分析,传统模式下知识管理存在诸多问题,比如知识管理与业务过程管理分离,隐性知识开发利用欠缺,员工个性化知识需求难以满足、业务中知识复用不足等。有鉴于此,为软件企业引入协同管理是必要的,构建一个协同知识管理平台,可以为知识管理与项目过程管理协同,知识、人、业务三者协同,隐性知识的管理等提供一套综合解决方案。论文对课题的国内外研究现状做了归纳,发现研究缺口,立足于协同过程知识流研究软件企业知识管理与业务过程的协同,构建一个协同知识管理平台。为此首先界定了软件企业,分析其特点、知识分类与对知识管理的要求,剖析软件企业知识管理目前的五个问题,阐述引入协同知识管理必要性,接着分析了软件企业知识活动,对现有过程知识流建模做了改进,将知识、业务、人三者协同一体,基于此提出了一种协同过程知识流模型。以此为切入点,以问题为导向,提出了软件企业协同知识管理平台的概念模型和总体架构,对平台的关键技术如知识流引擎、知识情境化推荐、隐性知识管理的结构模型及运行机制做了分解研究。最后,以一个应用实例分析该协同知识管理平台在ZM软件公司的具体应用,为本文相关研究提供实践支撑。
[Abstract]:Knowledge becomes an important factor of production and strategic assets of enterprises with the advance of knowledge economy era. As a typical knowledge-intensive enterprise, software enterprise is closely related to its ability to acquire, apply, share and innovate knowledge. In the day-to-day operation of a software enterprise, knowledge of the system is extremely complex, ranging from highly structured and explicit knowledge such as requirements analysis reports to unstructured knowledge such as programming experience and know-how. Tacit knowledge, which is difficult to express, is characterized by complex identification and collection, nonlinear production, high degree of recessive, and highly related knowledge flow with people and business processes. The development of software enterprise business needs to coordinate different resources and roles of task executors under the project framework. This is a complex collaborative scenario, knowledge runs through the whole business process and flows through the whole collaborative project team. Some new requirements for knowledge management in software enterprises are put forward, such as knowledge management should be highly coordinated with IT project management, more attention should be paid to human factors, and knowledge requirements in business can be quickly responded to, and so on. Through the analysis of the current situation of knowledge management in software enterprises, there are many problems in traditional knowledge management, such as the separation of knowledge management from business process management, the lack of tacit knowledge development and utilization, and the difficulty in satisfying the individual knowledge needs of employees. Lack of knowledge reuse in business. In view of this, it is necessary to introduce collaborative management for software enterprises. Building a collaborative knowledge management platform can manage collaboration, knowledge, people and business cooperation between knowledge management and project process. The management of tacit knowledge provides a comprehensive solution. This paper summarizes the current situation of the research at home and abroad, finds the research gap, based on the collaborative process knowledge flow research software enterprise knowledge management and business process collaboration, constructs a collaborative knowledge management platform. Firstly, this paper defines the software enterprise, analyzes its characteristics, knowledge classification and the requirements of knowledge management, analyzes the five problems of the software enterprise knowledge management, and expounds the necessity of introducing collaborative knowledge management. Then, the knowledge activities of software enterprises are analyzed, and the existing process knowledge flow modeling is improved. A collaborative process knowledge flow model is proposed on the basis of which knowledge, business and human beings are integrated together. In this paper, the concept model and overall framework of collaborative knowledge management platform for software enterprises are proposed. The key technologies of the platform, such as knowledge flow engine, knowledge situational recommendation, are proposed. The structure model and operation mechanism of tacit knowledge management are analyzed. Finally, an application example is given to analyze the concrete application of the collaborative knowledge management platform in ZM Software Company, which provides practical support for the related research in this paper.
