【摘要】：随着经济发展和交流的逐步提升，中国与各国间的项目交流日益增多。项目管理特别是先进的项目管理知识的引入，使得项目管理的翻译越来越重要。作为工程类文本，项目管理翻译应以准确为前提，同时由于项目管理专业性强，术语多的特点，在进行此类文本翻译时，译者应有扎实的英语知识，才能使译文满足要求。本报告是基于对工程类文本材料项目管理的翻译实践写成的。项目管理不仅应用于太重项目实施的过程中，同时在其公司的人员管理方面也应用这一理论，因而这次翻译任务极其重要。在翻译过程中，译者严格遵守项目管理的翻译要求，力求做到精确。基于项目管理的文本特征，译者采用目的论来指导翻译，目的论的基本原则符合项目管理的翻译要求。目的原则要求译文忠实于原文，同时又可以保证原文的流畅性。考虑到项目管理读者为专业技术人员，译文应简单易懂。本文在第一章介绍了项目背景，描述及目标；第二章谈到文献综述，接下来讨论任务描述，其中又包括文本描述以及翻译过程；第四章着重分析翻译策略，最后一章总结全文。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of economic development and exchanges, the exchange of projects between China and other countries is increasing day by day. Project management, especially the introduction of advanced knowledge of project management, makes translation of project management more and more important. As an engineering text, project management translation should be based on the premise of accuracy. At the same time, due to the characteristics of professional project management and many terms, the translator should have a solid knowledge of English in order to make the translation meet the requirements. This report is based on translation practices for project management of engineering text materials. Project management is applied not only to the implementation of the project, but also to the personnel management of the company, so this translation task is extremely important. In the process of translation, translators strictly abide by the translation requirements of project management and strive for accuracy. Based on the text characteristics of project management, the translator adopts Skopos theory to guide translation, and the Skopos theory meets the translation requirements of project management. The Skopos principle requires that the target text be faithful to the original text and at the same time guarantee the fluency of the original text. Given that the project management reader is a professional and technical person, the translation should be easy to understand. The first chapter introduces the project background, description and objectives; the second chapter discusses the literature review, then discusses the task description, including the text description and the translation process; the fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of translation strategies, and the last chapter summarizes the full text.
