SMW工法桩基坑支护综合技术在GCL商住楼项目的应用研究

【摘要】:SMW工法是一种从国外引进的比较新颖的基坑支护施工工艺,我国最先于上世纪九十年代初通过技术引进,并在上海环球世界商厦基坑围护中首先得到成功应用。由于SMW工法工艺简单、工期短、造价低、节约钢材、节约地下空间资源、安全可靠等优点,符合国家建设节约型社会和发展循环经济需要,在上世纪九十年代末被建设部列为重点推广项目。此后得到了大量推广应用。本文正是在此背景下,针对GCL商住楼项目基坑支护开展应用研究。论文首先对一般基坑支护的类型、基本概念、特点、应用以及研究现状等理论知识进行了介绍,特别是对SMW工法桩的工艺原理、施工工艺流程、施工要点进行了介绍。本文以GCL商住楼项目基坑支护作为研究对象,首先介绍了项目的地质情况、支护形式、支护做法、支护控制原则、施工和监测要求。然后对不同类型围护结构的特点进行了对比分析,论证了本项目所采用的SMW工法桩支护方案经济、先进、合理。最后为项目设计了基坑支护的项目管理体系,确定了相应的项目管理组织,制定了主要资源需求计划,明确了项目管理目标,并进行了施工总体部署。本文最后针对SMW工法桩施工方案的围护体系和支撑体系进行了具体研究,包括对围护结构的表面处理、基坑土方挖运、基坑排水、基坑监测、坑中坑的处理以及内支撑最后的拆除等进行了施工技术总结。并为达到基坑支护施工质量管理目标,制定了项目质量目标管理制度、质量和安全及工期保证措施,以确保基坑施工质量能达到本项目管理目标。最后通过近5个月的第三方独立监测检验,验证了该基坑支护变形满足设计要求,为后续主体工程顺利推进提供了工期、质量、安全保障。论文结论有利于SMW工法桩基坑支护项目的开展,有助于实现项目目标,也为后续工程提供经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:SMW method is a relatively novel foundation pit support construction technology introduced from abroad. It was first introduced in China at the beginning of 1990s, and it was first successfully applied in the foundation pit protection of Shanghai Universal Commercial Building. Due to the advantages of simple process, short construction period, low cost, saving steel, saving underground space resources, safety and reliability, the SMW process meets the needs of the country to build a conservation-oriented society and to develop a circular economy. In the last century in the late 90 s by the Ministry of Construction as a key promotion project. Since then has been a large number of applications. Under this background, this paper studies the application of foundation pit support for GCL commercial and residential building project. This paper firstly introduces the types, basic concepts, characteristics, applications and research status of general foundation pit support, especially introduces the technological principle, construction process and construction essentials of SMW pile. In this paper, the foundation pit support of GCL commercial and residential building project is taken as the research object. Firstly, the geological conditions, supporting forms, supporting methods, supporting control principles, construction and monitoring requirements of the project are introduced. Then the characteristics of different types of retaining structures are compared and analyzed, and the SMW pile support scheme adopted in this project is proved to be economical, advanced and reasonable. Finally, the project management system of foundation pit support is designed, the corresponding project management organization is determined, the main resource demand plan is worked out, the project management goal is defined, and the overall construction arrangement is carried out. In the end of this paper, the construction system and support system of SMW pile are studied, including the surface treatment of retaining structure, excavation and transportation of foundation pit, drainage of foundation pit, monitoring of foundation pit, etc. The treatment of the pit in the pit and the final demolition of the inner support are summarized. In order to achieve the goal of foundation pit supporting construction quality management, the project quality target management system, quality and safety measures and time limit guarantee measures are established to ensure that the foundation pit construction quality can reach the project management goal. Finally, through the third party independent monitoring inspection for nearly 5 months, it is verified that the foundation pit support deformation meets the design requirements, and provides a guarantee for the construction period, quality and safety of the subsequent main project. The conclusion of the paper is beneficial to the development of SMW pile and foundation pit support project, to the realization of project objectives, and to provide experience for subsequent projects.
