汽轮机叶片模具生产管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在汽轮机叶片模具生产中,模具的生产又与设计密不可分,其模具生产是进行零部件生产的关键方面,因此如何实现对模具设计以及模具精度的控制已经成为影响零部件产品精度的关键方面,本课题着力于建立一套的从模具设计到模具生产全面集成的信息管理系统,通过该系统的应用切实的实现对模具生成过程的动态控制,达到更好地加强生产管理,从而提高汽轮机叶片模具生产的竞争力。本课题主要是结合汽轮机叶片模具生产管理的相关需求并实地进行调研,根据软件开发理论和项目管理理论,系统采用当前较为流行的开发技术Struts、Spring技术以及数据库访问技术、MVC设计模式,并结合成熟的SQL Server 2005数据库技术,在Myeclipse平台下设计和开发完成。系统按照软件工程分析的流程,首先对系统采用的相关技术进行了详细的介绍,然后对系统进行了需求分析,包括可行性分析、功能分析和非功能分析;接着,从概要设计、详细设计以及数据库设计等方面对系统进行了设计;在系统实现部分,依次从系统实现环境、数据库的实现和基于B/S的汽轮机叶片模具生产管理系统的实现三方面进行展开,其中基于B/S的汽轮机叶片模具生产管理系统的实现主要分为四大模块,分别为模具设计管理模块、模具加工管理模块、模具试模管理模块;在数据库访问方面专门设计了一个Data类来实现数据库访问的所有操作,提高了程序开发的效率和代码的重用率,有利于程序的维护。系统的测试表明,系统运行效果良好,能够满足企业需要。
[Abstract]:In the production of turbine blade die, the die production is closely related to the design, and the die production is the key aspect of parts production. Therefore, how to realize the control of die design and die precision has become the key aspect that affects the precision of parts and components. This subject focuses on establishing a comprehensive information management system from mold design to die production. Through the application of the system, the dynamic control of the mould forming process can be realized, and the production management can be strengthened better, and the competitiveness of the turbine blade die production can be improved. According to the theory of software development and the theory of project management, this subject mainly combines the relevant needs of turbine blade die production management and field investigation. The system adopts the current popular development technology Struts Spring and database access technology MVC design pattern, combined with the mature SQL Server 2005 database technology, under the Myeclipse platform design and development completed. According to the flow of software engineering analysis, the system firstly introduces the related technologies, and then analyzes the requirements of the system, including feasibility analysis, functional analysis and non-functional analysis. The system is designed in detail and database design. In the part of system realization, the realization of system environment, the realization of database and the realization of turbine blade die production management system based on B / S are carried out in turn. The production management system of turbine blade die based on B / S is mainly divided into four modules, which are mold design management module, die processing management module and mold trial mold management module. In the aspect of database access, a Data class is specially designed to realize all operations of database access, which improves the efficiency of program development and the rate of code reuse, and is beneficial to the maintenance of programs. The test results show that the system works well and can meet the needs of enterprises.
