西油司监造项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着现代计算机技术和通信技术的飞跃发展,社会信息化程度越来越高,信息技术已经渗透到社会层面以及各个行业中。西南油气田分公司物资公司监造项目的目的是通过广泛应用现代信息技术,实现生产产业升级,使社会公众想用更多的信息资源,提高科研、生产和管理的效率和能力,加快推荐物资产品现代化。本文通过分析当前西南油气田分公司项目管理经理的工作实际,结合软件工程理论与实际完成了系统的需求分析。为了实现信息资源的共享以及系统多用户的需求,本系统采用B/S模式进行系统开发。并对其中的主要模块,包括工作流引擎、系统基本设置模块、用户管理模块、现场代表模块、业主公司负责人模块、科室计量工程师模块、行政审核模块以及数据库等进行了设计与实现。完成后的系统主要的功能有系统基本设置模块、用户管理模块、现场代表模块、业主公司负责人模块、科室计量工程师模块、行政审核模块、数据库后台管理模块。西南油气田分公司物资公司监造项目管理系统的成功开发,能够有效提高西南油气田分公司物资公司的工作质量和工作效率,加强各个部门间的信息共享,从而提高行政的效率和效能。运用现代建设管理理念建设一个工程全面、高实用性、高可维护性地西南油气田分公司物资公司监造项目管理系统;结合具体本项目管理机构的管理特点进行量身定制,实现工程建设过程中业务综合管理与分散管理:监理电子化网络化、远程化、移动化的项目管理办公环境。
