辽宁电力基建管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着我国电力事业的飞速发展以及各行业对电力的应用逐渐增加,电力系统及电力建设的就显的非常重要。如何建设符合现代基建项目信息管理需要的系统,如何提高电力项目建设管理的工作效率,这已经成为各电力公司非常关注的问题。目前,我国也正在大规模开展电力基础设施的建设工作,辽宁电力公司为响应国家号召,积极开展基建管理系统的建设,将国家电力公司的基建管理系统与本地项目管理上的实际情况相结合,建设出一条符合辽宁电力的基建管理信息系统,优化基建项目管理、树立标准化管理体系。新建设的基建项目管理信息系统具有统一的评价标准和管理办法,从不同程度上提升了辽宁电力的基建信息化建设与管理工作。本文主要是通过对辽宁电力基建管理系统的现状和国内外参考文献的研究,介绍了基建管理系统的研究意义。作为国家首批重点电力基建管理系统建设的试点单位,辽宁电力公司对系统的功能需求分析和系统功能设计给出了重点分析和阐述。在系统架构方面,系统采用目前流行的企业级J2EE应用架构和ORACLE数据库,并且采用B/S结构,设计和实现了项目管理模块、质量管理块、安全管理块、技术管理模块等,并对主要功能模块进行分析、设计和实现。最后,通过系统测试验证了系统的可行性。本系统目前已经经过了一段时间的运行和磨合,系统运行良好,无重大故障发生,系统具有性能高、功能完善等特点。该系统对于辽宁电力的基建管理工作效率的提升乃至国家电力公司系统和其它各省网公司电力基建系统建设的推广都具有非常重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electric power industry and the increasing application of electric power industry in our country, the power system and electric power construction are becoming more and more important. How to build a system that meets the information management needs of modern infrastructure projects and how to improve the efficiency of power project construction management has become a very important issue for power companies. At present, China is also carrying out large-scale construction of electric power infrastructure. In response to the call of the state, Liaoning Electric Power Company is actively developing the construction of infrastructure management system. By combining the capital construction management system of the State Power Company with the actual situation of local project management, a capital construction management information system that accords with Liaoning Electric Power Company is built, which optimizes the capital construction project management and sets up a standardized management system. The newly built capital construction project management information system has unified evaluation standard and management method, which improves the construction and management of Liaoning electric power construction information to varying degrees. This paper introduces the significance of capital construction management system by studying the present situation of Liaoning electric power infrastructure management system and the references at home and abroad. As a pilot unit in the construction of key power infrastructure management system in China, Liaoning Electric Power Company has analyzed and expounded the system function requirement analysis and system function design. In the aspect of system architecture, the system adopts the popular enterprise J2EE application architecture and ORACLE database, and adopts the B / S structure, designs and implements the project management module, the quality management block, the security management block, the technology management module and so on. And the main functional modules are analyzed, designed and implemented. Finally, the feasibility of the system is verified by system test. The system has been running and running-in for a period of time. The system runs well and has no major fault. The system has the characteristics of high performance and perfect function. The system plays an important role in improving the efficiency of Liaoning electric power infrastructure management and promoting the construction of power infrastructure system of national power company and other provincial power network companies.
