P3软件在合肥二电厂工程中的应用

【摘要】：合肥二电厂一期工程采取EPC总承包的建设模式。为加强工程计划管理 ,引进P3项目管理软件 ,建立了 4级计划的控制模式与控制网络 ,形成了一个全方位的工程计划管理、控制体系 ,保证了工程计划时刻处于动态监控之下 ,取得了很好的效果。这是为我国的工程项目管理与国际接轨的一次探索。
[Abstract]:The first phase of Hefei No.2 Power Plant adopts the construction mode of EPC general contract. In order to strengthen the project plan management, the P3 project management software is introduced, and the control mode and control network of the 4th level plan are established, and a comprehensive engineering plan management and control system is formed. It ensures that the project plan is under dynamic monitoring at all times and has achieved good results. This is for our country's project management and international integration of an exploration.
