天津高速公路项目建设管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:目前,国内交通基础设施的正值高速建设期,网络基础设施也有了广泛的普及。高速公路建设中产生的各类数据,如何合理、有效的分类存储,公路项目建设的参与者如何在同一网络平台上协同办工,这些都是广大工程项目建设管理人员对信息化在工程建设管理中的热切期待。高速公路项目建设管理系统可以实现巨量数据的汇总、统计,取代手工低效方式;实现业主、监理和承包人业务联网办公,提高工作与协作效率;定制与跟踪业务流程,提高监督力度和业务透明度,加强项目监控与领导决策力度。本文在细致深入天津高速公路项目建设主要工作的基础上,分析高速公路项目建设管理要求及信息化建设的总体需求和目标,以建立起一个适合高建局管理需要,且符合自身管理特色、支持日常信息处理、与建设管理流程相融合的高效快速、集成化的管理应用平台的目标为基准。在软件工程思想指导下,对系统进行了需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、系统实现与系统测试。课题基于B/S的三层框架结构体系、数据库设计与实现、数据库设计注意事项、.NET技术的特点和在本系统中起的作用作了阐述。此外,系统非功能性需求、系统开发软硬件环境、系统界面实现用于的技术与工具、核心代码进行了说明与展现。本论文中涉及的研究内容、研究结论是对高速公路项目建设管理信息化应用的探索和补充,今后可以为国内新建高速公路项目的管理提供参考和应用借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic transportation infrastructure is the period of high-speed construction, network infrastructure has been widely spread. How to reasonably and effectively classify and store all kinds of data generated in highway construction, how the participants of highway project work together on the same network platform, These are the ardent expectations of the vast engineering project construction managers in the engineering construction management. Expressway project construction management system can realize huge amount of data collection, statistics, instead of manual inefficient way; realize owners, supervision and contractor business network office, improve work and collaboration efficiency; customize and track the business process, Improve supervision and business transparency, strengthen project monitoring and leadership decision-making. On the basis of the main work of Tianjin expressway project construction, this paper analyzes the requirements of highway project construction management and the overall needs and objectives of information construction, in order to establish a suitable high construction bureau management needs. According to its own management characteristics, supporting daily information processing, and building management process fusion of efficient, rapid, integrated management application platform target as the benchmark. Under the guidance of the idea of software engineering, the requirement analysis, outline design, detailed design, system implementation and system test are carried out. The subject based on B / S three-tier frame architecture, database design and implementation, database design attention to the characteristics of .NET technology and its role in the system is described. In addition, the system non-functional requirements, the system development software and hardware environment, the system interface implementation for the technology and tools, core code to explain and show. The research content involved in this paper, the research conclusion is to explore and supplement the information application of expressway project construction management, and can provide reference and application reference for the management of the new expressway project in China in the future.
