寿光市翰林首府工程项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：建筑工程项目进度管理是企业运用系统的观点、理论和方法对施工项目进行计划、组织、监督、控制以及协调的过程。在现代建筑工程项目管理当中,进度管理早已经超越了单纯的工期管理,而是将整个建筑工程项目任务、成本、工期、资源消耗等有机的结合在一起,对整个建筑工程项目实施进展状况的全面管理。建筑工程项目进度管理,同时也是该项工程成功实施的主要枢纽,尤其是对部分工期进度紧张或者经济效益受工期影响较大得工程项目,在社会市场经济的影响下,建筑项目的工期时间目标,往往处于比较突出的地位。通常情况下,一个卓越的建筑工程项目,对周边经济发展的附加影响力,远比自身的造价高,超出自身的影响价值,因此,该项目的建设工期对工程本身、社会影响力等方面的影响是特别大的,强调建筑工程进度的管理,其基本要求便是客户的时间要求,同时也是市场需求之一。文章在阐述寿光市翰林首府工程项目施工过程中,进度控制的具体措施以及避免进度失控的方法,并且对如何科学有效的发现并解决影响工期进度的各个因素,从而为翰林首府工程建设的顺利进行铺平道路,最终实现建筑质量、成本以及工期的最佳配置。同时也是对日后关于建筑工程项目进度管理工作起到了一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Construction project schedule management is a process in which enterprises plan, organize, supervise, control and coordinate construction projects with systematic view, theory and method. In the modern construction project management, schedule management has already gone beyond the simple time limit management, but has organically combined the task, cost, time limit and resource consumption of the whole construction project. Overall management of progress in the implementation of the entire construction project. The construction project schedule management is also the main hub for the successful implementation of the project, especially for some of the projects whose schedule is tight or whose economic benefits are greatly affected by the construction period. Under the influence of the social market economy, Construction project time target, often in a relatively prominent position. In general, a remarkable construction project has far higher additional influence on the surrounding economic development than its own cost, which exceeds its own impact value. Therefore, the construction period of the project is of great importance to the project itself. The influence of social influence is especially great. The basic requirement of the management of construction project schedule is the time requirement of the customer, and also one of the market demands. This paper expounds the concrete measures of schedule control and the methods to avoid losing control of progress during the construction of Hanlin Capital Project in Shouguang City, and how to find out scientifically and effectively and solve the various factors that affect the progress of the construction period. Thus, it paves the way for the construction of Hanlin capital project, and finally realizes the best configuration of construction quality, cost and time limit. At the same time, it also plays a certain reference role on the construction project schedule management in the future.
