年鉴编纂的科学化管理

【摘要】：年鉴是系统工程,作为年度项目,可以结合项目阶段、项目工作包干、项目活动等相关项目管理实践,有效实现年鉴项目的计划、组织、实施、控制和决策,最终完成预期的质量目标。《北京教育年鉴》编纂实践中,从通过项目生命周期概念界定年鉴的流程模块;按照项目范围管理要求梳理项目实施与控制阶段工作;在年鉴项目阶段范围界定的基础上完成年鉴项目工作分解;通过项目时间管理把握年鉴工作流程进度,高质量完成年鉴编纂工作,年鉴编纂通过项目管理实现科学化管理。
[Abstract]:Yearbook is a system engineering, as an annual project, it can effectively realize the plan, organization, implementation, control and decision of yearbook project by combining the project stage, project work, project activity and other related project management practices. In the compilation practice of Beijing Education Yearbook, define the process module of yearbook through the concept of project life cycle, sort out the project implementation and control stage according to the project scope management requirements; On the basis of defining the scope of the yearbook project, the yearbook project work is decomposed, and the yearbook compilation is carried out scientifically through the project management to master the schedule of the yearbook work flow and to complete the yearbook compilation work with high quality.
