信息学院教学楼改造工程项目的质量管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着城市化进程的加快,建筑行业取得了突飞猛进的发展,建筑工程改造也得到了快速发展,并拥有着广阔的市场前景。随着知识经济时代对教育的需求急剧增加,近几年我国政府对高等教育的投入幅度不断加大,各种民间实体也把投资目标转向高等院校。这使得高校的建设面临前所未有的发展机遇。面对新型高校的兴建和现有高校的改造和建设的新形势,高等学府的管理者和设计师对我国高校的校园规划和建筑设计进行深入的反思越来越显得十分重要。我国现有许多大学均建于计划经济时期,多数校园的建筑布局按学科、院系“小而全”的封闭体系设置,建筑的密度较大而容积率低,教室和实验室的利用率不高,工程技术管网设施复杂,不利于可持续发展。早期的教学楼在功能、结构、美观上已经不能满足目前的教学需求,这成为了大多数高校存在的一个普遍问题。如果盲目的将这些教学楼拆除重建是对资源的严重浪费,因此,对于那些不能满足新时代教学的教学楼建筑进行改造和加固成为了必然趋势。 本文结合信息学院教学楼改造加固工程实际,首先分析了信息学院教学楼改造工程的管理现状和不足,,主要表现为教学楼改造的工期时间长,建筑材料质量问题,教学楼改造质量管理不到位,设计单位与施工单位配合不够密切等,分析影响信息学院教学楼改造工程项目质量的成因。指出信息学院教学楼改造和本文研究的必要性,从工程项目管理的基本原理出发,针对教学楼改造工程管理中存在的若干问题,对教学楼改造加固工程在整个施工过程中的管理和控制进行分析,从教学楼改造项目实施前、实施过程中、竣工后三个阶段进行质量管控;提出从项目实施内部质量监控和外部质量监控来保障教学楼改造的质量。本论文有关教学楼改造方面的实例研究,对于今后教学楼改造具有一定的实践意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, the construction industry has made a rapid development, the construction engineering transformation has also been rapid development, and has a broad market prospects. With the rapid increase of the demand for education in the era of knowledge economy, the government's investment in higher education has been increasing in recent years, and various private entities have also turned their investment targets to colleges and universities. This makes the construction of colleges and universities facing unprecedented opportunities for development. In the face of the new university construction and the new situation of the reform and construction of the existing universities, it is more and more important for the managers and designers of the higher learning institutions to reflect on the campus planning and architectural design of our country's universities. Many universities in our country have been built in the planned economy period. The architectural layout of most campuses is according to the discipline, the closed system of "small and complete" of the faculties and departments, the density of the buildings is high, the volume rate is low, and the utilization ratio of the classrooms and laboratories is not high. Engineering technology pipe network facilities are complex, which is not conducive to sustainable development. The function, structure and beauty of the early teaching buildings can not meet the current teaching needs, which has become a common problem in most colleges and universities. If it is a serious waste of resources to demolish and rebuild these buildings blindly, therefore, It has become an inevitable trend to renovate and reinforce the teaching buildings which can not meet the needs of teaching in the new era. First of all, it analyzes the management status and shortcomings of the reconstruction project of the teaching building of the Information Institute, which mainly shows that the construction period is long, the quality of the building is not in place, and the quality management of the reconstruction of the teaching building is not in place. This paper analyzes the causes of the influence on the quality of the reconstruction project of the teaching building of the Information Institute, because the design unit and the construction unit are not in close cooperation and so on. This paper points out the necessity of the reform of the teaching building of the Information Institute and the necessity of the research in this paper. Based on the basic principles of the project management, this paper aims at some problems existing in the engineering management of the reform of the teaching building. This paper analyzes the management and control of the reconstruction and strengthening project of teaching building in the whole construction process. The quality control is carried out in the three stages after the completion of the project before and after the implementation of the reform project. In order to guarantee the quality of teaching building reconstruction, internal quality control and external quality control are put forward. This paper has some practical significance for the reconstruction of teaching buildings.
