严寒地区长春地铁1号线出入段线区间施工管理研究

【摘要】：项目管理在当代的施工管理中已经逐渐完善并随着科学技术在大幅度的进步,然而在国内我们只是刚刚引入这项管理技术没多久,还没有很好地利用它。许多企业和个人对于这类管理技术还不是特别认可,在地铁工程建设中不能够很好的加以利用。地铁工程施工过程中拖延工期、概算超支、质量低劣等问题日益突出,利用项目管理技术即可很好的解决这些施工中出现的问题。如何让企业尽快理解项目管理的真正含义进而真正地去采用项目管理技术,是我们面临的难题,也是我们要对施工企业的项目管理进行详细研究的重要内容。本文借助长春地铁1号线出入段线区间的开工建设,全面考察国内施工企业项目管理工作。该项目价值高,施工时间长,技术难度大,项目管理技术实施的有效度直接决定了施工质量的好坏。因此,本文以长春地铁1号线出入段线区间工程建设中实施的项目管理技术为对象进行研究,通过对本工程建设过程中所采取项目管理技术后取得的成功经验与教训进行详细的分析,找出影响施工单位项目管理水平的原因,为项目管理技术在我国地铁施工中能够得到更好的发展而贡献一份自己的力量。
[Abstract]:Project management has been gradually improved in the contemporary construction management and has made great progress with the development of science and technology. However, we have only just introduced this management technology in our country, and have not made good use of it. Many enterprises and individuals are not particularly recognized for this kind of management technology, which can not be used well in subway construction. In the construction process of subway project, the problems such as delaying the construction period, overspending the budget estimate and inferior quality are becoming more and more prominent. The problems in the construction can be solved well by using the project management technology. How to make enterprises understand the real meaning of project management and then adopt project management technology as soon as possible is a difficult problem we face, and it is also an important content for us to study the project management of construction enterprises in detail. With the help of the construction of the entrance and exit section of Changchun Metro Line 1, this paper investigates the project management of domestic construction enterprises. The value of the project is high, the construction time is long, and the technical difficulty is great. The effectiveness of the project management technology directly determines the quality of the construction. Therefore, this paper takes the project management technology implemented in the construction of the entrance and exit section of Changchun Metro Line 1 as the object of study. Through the detailed analysis of the successful experience and lessons learned from the project management technology adopted in the construction process of the project, the reasons that affect the project management level of the construction unit are found out. Contribute to the better development of project management technology in China's subway construction.
