船舶生产设计日程管理系统研究

【摘要】：为了有效地缩短船舶生产设计周期,提高生产设计的效率,分析了目前船舶设计的管理状况,从生产设计着手,介绍了依据日程计划,充分考虑设计人员劳动负荷,合理分配任务;着重论述了用关键路径的方法对设计过程进行实时监控,对人力资源优化配置,对设计任务及计划作必要的调整,从而使整个设计工作可以合理高效完成。船舶生产设计日程管理是船舶生产设计的关键因素,因此,对其进行深入研究和应用,对于船舶生产设计工作的顺利展开具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively shorten the period of ship production design and improve the efficiency of production design, this paper analyzes the management situation of ship design at present, introduces the work load of designer according to the schedule of production design. This paper mainly discusses how to monitor the design process in real time with the method of critical path, optimize the allocation of human resources, adjust the design task and plan, so that the whole design work can be completed reasonably and efficiently. The management of ship production design schedule is the key factor of ship production design. Therefore, it is of great significance for the smooth development of ship production and design to study and apply it in depth.
