【摘要】：逻辑框架方法是科研课题计划、监测和评价过程中使用的一个工具。它用于阐明项目投入与项目各级目标（研究活动、研究结果、项目目的和项目的总目标）间的逻辑关系。在形势分析（问题分析、目标分析、战略分析和参与人员分析）的基础上，科研人员使用逻辑框架方法可以撰写高质量的项目文本；项目管理人员可以确定项目进展的监测和评价指标以及项目达到预期结果所需具备的必要条件。逻辑框架方法因其简洁、全面、易于掌握而在欧美等国家得到了广泛的应用。
[Abstract]:A logical framework method is a tool used in the process of research project planning, monitoring and evaluation. It is used to clarify the logical relationship between project input and the objectives of the project at all levels (research activities, research results, project objectives and the overall objectives of the project). The basis of the situation analysis (problem analysis, objective analysis, strategic analysis and participant analysis) Researchers use logical framework methods to write high quality project texts; project managers can determine the monitoring and evaluation indicators of project progress and the necessary conditions for the project to achieve the desired results. The logical framework method has been widely used in European and American countries because of its simplicity, comprehensive and easy mastery.
