云南技师学院生物实验室综合管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：实验室是高校教学过程中的重要手段,在高校日常教学当中扮演不可缺少的角色。实验室的管理又是一项内容繁多复杂的工作,因为实验室使用人员众多,且实验室内的事务复杂繁琐且无序,正是这些原因对实验室的管理造成难度。云南技师学院在对该校的实验室管理中也遇到了实验室管理的共性问题,该校的生物实验室事务繁多,不易管理。传统的管理模式,采用的纸质记录等方式已经不能够适应现代发展,在实验室管理中出现较多失误,且日常管理效率低下。如何采用网络化、信息化技术来对实验室进行综合管理,解放复杂的人工劳动,成为该系统提出的基础。根据云南技师学院生物实验室管理工作的实际情况,对类似系统进行充分学习后,得出了该系统的技术架构,采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式,采用MVC开发模式,使用当下比较流行的轻量级开源框架SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3)来对系统进行架构,确保该系统拥有良好的技术架构。出于该系统对于数据信息拥有较高的安全性要求,采用SQL SERVER2012作为该系统的数据库。该系统功能上实现了系统设计之初各项业务需求,对于使用该系统的不同角色,如学生、教师、系统管理员等均有其对应使用功能,包含日常工作管理功能、电子实验管理功能、试剂耗材管理功能、实验材料管理功能、固定资产管理功能、科研项目管理功能、知识管理功能。日常工作管理功能包含个人工作管理、实验室事务管理、站内BBS等。电子实验管理功能包含实验管理,实验记录模板。试剂耗材管理功能包含订购登记,到货登记,使用登记,产品目录,供应商。实验材料功能包含一般材料,特殊材料。云南技师学院生物实验室综合管理系统的使用对于云南技师学院而言具有里程碑的意义,该系统的使用大大降低了实验室管理工作的工作量,提高管理人员的办公效率,使得该校生物实验室管理进入新的台阶。该系统的使用节约了大量的人力物力,使该校能够更好的专注于学生教学质量的提升。

The function of reagent consumables management includes order registration, arrival registration, use registration, product catalogue, supplier. The function of experimental materials includes general material. Materials and special materials. The use of the comprehensive management system of Biological Laboratory of Yunnan technician college has a milestone significance for the Yunnan technician college. The use of the system greatly reduces the workload of the laboratory management work, improves the office efficiency of the management personnel, and makes the management of the biology laboratory into a new step. By saving a lot of manpower and material resources, the school can better focus on improving students' teaching quality.
