高职院校旅游信息模拟教学系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着我国信息技术及电子商务经济的崛起,一种信息经济正在促使国民经济的发展,与此同时,信息技术也在各行各业得到广泛的应用。高职院校作为培养应用型专业人才的重要教育机构,其教育模式和教学内容必须与社会和市场接轨。以高职院校的旅游专业为例,目前我国很多大中型旅行社的业务办理和日常运营都依托强大的互联网平台,这对高职院校的旅游专业的人才培养模式提出了新的要求,要求专业培养过程必须与企业目前的经营状态紧密结合,这样才能做到教有所用。近几年,很多高校纷纷进行数字化校园建设,但大多校园建设的重点普遍集中在校园计算机、网络基础上,集中在校园教务、教学、后勤等管理上。随着高职院校的教学地位的日益突出,这就要求高职院校的数字化校园必须把工作重点放在专业上。本文以沈阳职业技术学院旅游专业为例,该专业目前在人才培养方面有着成熟和成功的经验,但随着信息经济的发展和旅游行业的变革,传统教学内容的说服力和市场适应能力已呈逐年下降状态,这就要求该专业必须调整思路,首先对辽宁、沈阳地区进行充分的旅游市场调研,然后本着学有所用的原则加大旅游专业信息化教学投入力度。为此,在该学院领导的大力支持下,准备研发和投入应用一套以旅游专业为例的信息模拟教学系统,该系统投入使用将大大提高该专业教师的教学能力,提升学生对旅游专业的实训等能力。本文提出的高职院校旅游信息模拟教学系统将采用.NET框架进行开发,为了保证系统具有一定的真实价值和其应用面,系统采用以Asp.net技术为主的B/S模式进行开发,这一技术应用将使系统具有稳定性、安全性等多方面优势。此外,为了保证旅游专业的教学内容与旅行社等主要机构保持一致,将为系统设置旅游项目管理、旅游操作、系统设置、信息中心和用户管理等功能模块,具体涵盖了导游、客户、账户的管理,包括了旅游线路制定、旅游产品销售等具体功能,这些功能的设置使得本模拟教学系统有了企业真实工作流程的业务背景,将大大提升学生的实践技能,学生的实训操作过程都在系统数据库中存档,操作过程将形成实训成绩,提升了系统自身的严肃性。系统引入了学生、教师用户,可模拟旅行社销售员、计调员、管理者、客户等现实角色,做到该专业是在真实项目引领下的教学模式。本系统由于采用B/S结构开发,系统将模拟旅行社的实际经营全过程,还需要提供信息发布的功能,例如:航班、火车等信息的发布,因此系统也需要借助Web Service等技术进行航班系统主机、火车系统主机的接口实现。全文以旅游经营业务实际为需求出发点,通过先分析后设计的原则进行逐步的功能实现。本系统的应用将对旅游专业的教学、项目实训等工作发挥重大的作用,有很高的研究价值。
[Abstract]:With the rise of information technology and e-commerce economy in China, an information economy is promoting the development of the national economy, at the same time, information technology is also widely used in all walks of life. As an important educational institution to train applied professional talents, higher vocational colleges must integrate their educational model and teaching contents with the society and the market. Taking the tourism specialty in higher vocational colleges as an example, at present, many large and medium-sized travel agencies in our country rely on the powerful Internet platform for their business management and daily operation, which puts forward new requirements for the talent training mode of tourism major in higher vocational colleges. Require the professional training process must be closely combined with the current management of the enterprise, so that teaching can be useful. In recent years, many colleges and universities have carried on the digital campus construction, but most campus construction focuses on the campus computer, the network foundation, concentrated in the campus educational administration, the teaching, the logistics and so on management. With the increasingly prominent teaching status in higher vocational colleges, it requires the digital campus of higher vocational colleges to focus on their specialties. This paper takes the tourism specialty of Shenyang Vocational and Technical College as an example. The major has mature and successful experience in personnel training at present, but with the development of information economy and the change of tourism industry, The persuasiveness and market adaptability of traditional teaching contents have been declining year by year, which requires the major to adjust its thinking. First of all, it is necessary to carry out sufficient tourism market research in Liaoning and Shenyang. Then in line with the principle of learning to increase the tourism professional information teaching input. To this end, with the strong support of the college leadership, we are preparing to develop and put into use a set of information simulation teaching systems taking the tourism specialty as an example, which will greatly improve the teaching ability of the teachers in this major. Improve students' ability to train tourism majors. The tourism information simulation teaching system proposed in this paper will be developed with .NET framework. In order to ensure that the system has certain real value and its application, the system adopts the B / S model which is based on Asp.net technology. The application of this technology will make the system have many advantages, such as stability, security and so on. In addition, in order to ensure that the teaching contents of tourism majors are consistent with those of major agencies such as travel agencies, the system will be provided with functional modules such as tourism project management, tourism operation, system setting, information center and user management, which specifically cover tour guides. Customer, account management, including travel route development, tourism product sales and other specific functions, these functions set up this simulation teaching system has the business background of the real business process, will greatly improve the practical skills of students, The operation process of the students is archived in the database of the system, and the operation process will form the result of practice training and enhance the seriousness of the system itself. The system introduces students, teachers users, can simulate travel agency salesperson, dispatcher, manager, customer and other realistic roles, to achieve this specialty is the real project under the guidance of the teaching model. Because the system is developed with the structure of B / S, the system will simulate the whole process of the actual operation of the travel agency, and it also needs to provide the function of information release, such as: the release of information such as flights, trains, etc. Therefore, the system also needs to use Web Service and other technologies to implement the main engine of flight system and the interface of the main engine of train system. This paper takes the reality of tourism business as the starting point of demand and realizes the function step by step through the principle of first analysis and then design. The application of this system will play an important role in tourism teaching and project training.
