基于可用性的猎头公司管理系统设计研究

【摘要】：随着中国经济的高速发展,市场对人才的渴求越来越强烈,而猎头行业就是充当整个社会人才分配的加速剂和润滑剂。在这飞速发展的互联网时代中,猎头公司也要通过改变传统业务模式,依托信息化管理软件来实施工作资源和流程的整合。虽然目前市场上有很多猎头管理方面的软件和系统,但是其可用性都较差,主要体现在重点内容不突出、易读性较差、界面布局不合理、帮助和提示不完善、不能很好地满足猎头群体的工作需求和审美感受,因此本文将设计出一款可用性高、功能性强的猎头管理系统,来满足某个猎头公司的正常工作使用,提高工作效率。本文首先对系统的总体架构进行设计,一个完整的系统建设不光有前台界面的展示,还需要有后台数据处理能力的支持。本文根据该猎头公司云办公的需求,确定采用B/S开发架构,使用ASP.NET平台进行开发。通过分析猎头平时的工作需求和流程,确定分为项目管理、人才管理、客户管理、面试管理和用户管理5大模块,并分别分析了他们各自内部主要的类的调用和方法。同时根据各模块之间的E-R关系分析,在sqlserver数据库内建立相关联的数据表,为数据存储提供支持。然后定位猎头管理系统的用户群体,选取猎头行业最具代表性的三个不同职能的员工(Researcher寻访员、Consultant顾问、BD市场人员)。对这些用户进行用户分析、用户访谈、问卷调查、问卷结果统计分析，最终建立用户的思维模型、任务模型和操作模型。总结出了用户对现有管理系统的不满和对新系统的期望,确保了设计的系统是符合用户操作和审美的。最后本文对系统界面进行了理论上的研究和具体实践。理论上分析了界面的设计的注意点和交互设计的过程。具体实践是以调查得出的用户模型和界面设计原则为根据进行设计,分别从系统的导航、布局、色彩、图标、字体、总体效果进行分类设计,并且和旧有系统界面进行对比,分析其优缺点。设计完成后,再次对系统进行可用性测试,通过目标用户的参与得出的实验结果来证明新的系统界面可用性比旧有的系统要强。论文从用户需求分析、界面设计研究和后台代码编写,将工业设计相关概念和软件知识相结合,最终设计出一款功能俱全、可用性强的猎头管理系统,最终成功上线,得到用户一致好评。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the thirst for the market is becoming more and more intense, and the headhunting industry is the accelerator and lubricant for the whole social talent distribution. In this fast developing Internet era, headhunting companies also have to implement work resources and processes by changing the traditional business model and relying on information management software. Although there are many headhunting software and systems in the market, their availability is poor. It is mainly reflected in the lack of emphasis, poor readability, unreasonable interface layout, poor help and prompting, and can not meet the needs and aesthetic feelings of the headhunter group. Therefore, this article will design a kind of High, functional headhunter management system to meet the normal work of a headhunter and improve work efficiency. This paper first designs the overall architecture of the system. A complete system construction is not only a display of the front desk interface, but also needs the support of the background data processing capability. This article is based on the headhunter cloud office. The needs of the public, determine the use of the B/S development framework and use the ASP.NET platform for development. Through the analysis of the work needs and processes of the headhunter, 5 modules are divided into project management, talent management, customer management, interview management and user management, and the main classes in their respective internal calls and methods are analyzed respectively. At the same time, each module is based on each module. In the E-R relationship analysis, the associated data table is set up in the SQLSERVER database to support the data storage. Then the user group of the headhunter management system is located, and the three most representative employees of the headhunter industry (Researcher, Consultant, BD market) are selected. Analysis of user interview, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis of questionnaire results, and finally set up the user's thinking model, task model and operation model. It summarizes the user's dissatisfaction with the existing management system and the expectation of the new system. It ensures that the design system is in accordance with the user operation and the beauty of the United States. Finally, the system interface is theoretically studied in this paper. In theory, the attention point of interface design and the process of interactive design are analyzed in theory. The concrete practice is designed based on the user model and interface design principle, which are designed from the system navigation, layout, color, icons, fonts, and overall effects respectively, and are carried out with the old system interface. After the design is completed, the system is tested again, and the new system interface availability is proved to be stronger than the old system through the result of the target user's participation. The paper from the user requirement analysis, the interface design research and the backstage code writing, the related concepts and software knowledge of industrial design. Finally, a headhunter management system with powerful functions and strong usability was finally designed, which was successfully launched on the Internet and received favorable comments from users.
