广元市智慧交通项目协调机制研究

【摘要】：日新月异的信息技术变革,带动了人工智能项目井喷式的发展,智慧交通项目也是如此。当前,我国智慧交通项目建设已进入了项目建设的关键期,但结合目前国内智慧交通协调机制建设情况,智慧交通项目建设通常存在项目机构设置不合理、制度建设不完善和项目保障措施不够等问题,导致项目协调力度不足、建设推进迟缓。由此可见,现有智慧交通项目管理体系,尤其是智慧交通项目协调机制的发展已不符合现行智慧交通项目管理实践需求。因此,加大对智慧交通项目协调机制的理论研究力度,充分发挥协调机制在智慧交通项目推进过程中的作用,更符合智慧交通项目发展的需要。本文以国内外理论研究现状为出发点,通过对部分理论基础知识的学习以及对广元市智慧交通项目现有协调机制的研究分析,并运用问卷调查的方式发掘出现有协调机制存在的不足,以提出改进对策。从统一协调目标体系、构建多部门协同联动的组织机构、完善项目监管、信息管理等制度以及保障措施等方面来构建广元市智慧交通项目协调机制优化方案,并提出运行建议。本文基于广元市交通运输局智慧交通项目协调机制建设,改进与创新理论框架,探索构建更具实践操作意义的广元市智慧交通项目协调机制,以期推广运用。
[Abstract]:The rapid change of information technology has driven the development of artificial intelligence project blowout, as well as intelligent transportation project. At present, the construction of intelligent transportation projects in China has entered the critical period of project construction. However, according to the current situation of intelligent transportation coordination mechanism construction in China, the construction of intelligent transportation projects usually has unreasonable setting of project agencies. The system construction is not perfect and the project guarantee measures are not enough, which leads to the insufficient coordination of the project and the slow progress of the construction. It can be seen that the development of the existing intelligent transportation project management system, especially the intelligent transportation project coordination mechanism, does not meet the practical needs of the current intelligent transportation project management. Therefore, it is more suitable for the development of intelligent transportation projects to increase the theoretical research on the coordination mechanism of intelligent transportation projects and give full play to the role of coordination mechanisms in the process of advancing intelligent transportation projects. Based on the current situation of theoretical research at home and abroad, this paper studies the basic knowledge of some theories and analyzes the coordination mechanism of intelligent transportation projects in Guangyuan. And use the questionnaire to explore the shortcomings of the coordination mechanism, in order to improve the countermeasures. From the aspects of unified coordination target system, multi-department coordinated organization, perfect project supervision, information management system and safeguard measures, this paper constructs the optimization scheme of intelligent transportation project coordination mechanism in Guangyuan city, and puts forward some suggestions for operation. Based on the construction of coordination mechanism of intelligent transportation projects in Guangyuan City, this paper explores the construction of a more practical and operational coordination mechanism for intelligent transportation projects in Guangyuan City, with a view to popularizing its application.
