德国重大科技项目管理及其对我国的启示

【摘要】：德国是世界科技强国之一,鉴于其科研体制集中与分散相结合的特点,在通过以同行评议为代表的科技评估对重大科技项目进行管理的同时,许多科研机构在重大科技项目管理方面还具有其他一些特色。本文对这些机构的一些主要做法进行了介绍,希望能给我国科技管理工作带来有益启示。
[Abstract]:Germany is one of the most powerful countries in science and technology in the world. In view of the characteristics of its scientific research system combining centralization and dispersion, Germany manages major scientific and technological projects through the scientific and technological evaluation represented by peer review. Many scientific research institutions also have some other characteristics in the management of major scientific and technological projects. This paper introduces some main methods of these institutions, hoping to bring beneficial enlightenment to our country's science and technology management.
