工程投标及施工项目管理中应注意的几个问题

【摘要】：将施工企业投标承包行为划分为 3个阶段 :投标前期阶段 (投标决策前阶段 )、投标报价阶段、项目实施阶段 (项目管理阶段 ) ,运用系统理论、组织经济、技术经济、成本管理、合同管理、工程施工索赔等理论方法 ,以成本管理为中心 ,市场需求约束为条件 (合同条件 )这条主线将 3个阶段中应注意的问题进行层层剥离 ,逐次分析 ,指出了施工企业经营目标是 :成本内敛、利润扩张、效益最大化。提出了施工企业 2 4字的经营策略是 :知已知彼 ,百战百胜 ;扬长避短 ,取胜之道 ;他山之石 ,可以攻玉。
[Abstract]:This paper divides the bidding contracting behavior of construction enterprises into three stages: the early stage of bidding, the stage of bidding and quotation, the stage of project implementation (stage of project management), the stage of organizing economy by using the system theory, the stage of pre-bidding, the stage of bidding and quotation, and the stage of project management. Technical economy, cost management, contract management, construction claims and other theoretical methods, with cost management as the center, The main line of market demand constraint (contract condition) is to peel off the problems that should be paid attention to in three stages, analyze them one by one, and point out that the operating objectives of construction enterprises are: cost convergence, profit expansion, and so on. Maximize benefits. This paper puts forward the management strategy of 24 characters for construction enterprises: knowing the other side, winning a hundred battles, taking advantage of advantages and circumventing weaknesses, winning the way, and taking advantage of other mountains as a stone to attack jade.
