【摘要】:随着中石化集团项目管理力度的不断加强,对项目管理的要求越来越高。为了提高项目管理的效率,提升项目管理的水平,为中石化集团内部项目建设提供有效的支撑,本着以业务流程为导向的设计思路,中国石化工程建设有限公司决定建设项目全过程管理系统。建设一套既能够服务于全国各地的项目管理,同时又能够在审计需要时,提供项目全生命周期数据的项目全过程管理系统。该系统将在同一套系统中将项目的需求调研,设计,建设,及后期评价整合到一起,从项目的管理角度实现了项目建设全程的控制,实现了各个环节的闭环管理。中国石化工程建设有限公司项目全过程管理系统在整体的设计上,为了提高系统的可维护性,使用了B/S的方式来进行架构,同时在开发技术的选择上,使用了J2EE体系来进行建设,考虑到系统所管理数据的保密性与安全性,系统在物理架构的设计上,选择了内网进行系统部署,外网通过防火墙进行访问的方式来进行设计,在数据库的选择上,选用了安全性,稳定性较高的Oracle数据库,并配置了RAC,在应用服务器的选择上,也选用了甲骨文公司的Weblogic应用服务器。在业务功能上来进行划分,中国石化工程建设有限公司项目全过程管理系统分为四个核心模块,分别为项目需求管理,项目设计管理,项目建设管理与后评价管理。其中,项目需求管理主要是对项目建设前的评估过程,立项过程进行管理,并且提供了项目撤销的方法;项目设计管理则是对项目的整个设计过程进行通盘的考虑,包括项目的可研,设计,拆分等功能;项目建设管理即使对项目的实施过程,验收过程进行管理与控制;而后评价管理则是项目完成后,由项目建设涉及到的各个部门共同对项目的建设情况进行评价。通过这四个模块,即可实现项目的全过程管理,对中石化内部的项目进行有效的控制。中国石化工程建设有限公司项目全过程管理系统建成后,将会成为中石化集团中的核心信息化系统,其在全球范围内的项目资料都会由系统进行保存,全球范围内的人员也都会对系统进行访问,因此系统建设过程中不能仅仅考虑到功能的实现,必须要在设计过程中,充分的考虑到系统的扩展性与稳定性,这样才能建设一个科学的,有效地,能够对中石化集团切实提供帮助的项目全过程管理系统。
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of Sinopec's project management, the requirement of project management is higher and higher. In order to improve the efficiency of project management, improve the level of project management, provide effective support for the internal project construction of Sinopec Group, in line with the business process oriented design ideas, Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. decided to build the whole process of the project management system. To construct a project management system which can not only serve the project management all over the country, but also provide the data of the whole project life cycle when the audit needs. The system will integrate the research, design, construction and evaluation of the project requirements in the same system, and realize the control of the whole process of the project construction from the point of view of project management, and realize the closed-loop management of each link. In order to improve the maintainability of the whole project management system of Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., in order to improve the maintainability of the system, the B / S method is used to carry out the structure, and at the same time, in the choice of development technology, The J2EE system is used to build the system. Considering the confidentiality and security of the data managed by the system, the system chooses the intranet to deploy the system in the design of the physical architecture, and the external network is designed by the way of accessing through the firewall. In the selection of database, Oracle database with high security and stability is selected, and RAC is configured. In the selection of application server, Oracle WebLogic application server is also selected. The whole project process management system of Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. is divided into four core modules: project demand management, project design management, project construction management and post evaluation management. Among them, the project requirement management is mainly to the evaluation process before the project construction, the project establishment process carries on the management, and has provided the project withdrawal method; the project design management is carries on the overall consideration to the project entire design process, Including project research, design, splitting and other functions; project construction management, even if the project implementation process, acceptance process management and control; and then evaluation management is after the completion of the project, The construction of the project is evaluated by the departments involved in the project construction. Through these four modules, the whole process management of the project can be realized and the internal project of Sinopec can be effectively controlled. After the completion of the whole project management system of Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., it will become the core information system in Sinopec Group, and all the project data in the global scope will be preserved by the system. People all over the world will also visit the system, so the system construction process should not only consider the realization of function, but also consider the expansibility and stability of the system in the design process. Only in this way can we build a scientific, effective and effective project management system that can effectively help Sinopec.
