基于项目管理方法的技术创新管理

【摘要】: 在高速竞争的当今社会,企业要想在竞争中处于不败之地,就要把科技及创新作为企业强大的竞争资源和推动力,以此来赢得更大的生存发展空间,同时创造更大的财务和利润。因此,建立一种有效地技术创新管理机制是必由之路,那么如何有效地对技术创新项目进行管理就成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。为此,本文在分析了技术创新管理和项目管理的理论基础上,进一步分析了如何利用项目管理方法进行技术创新管理,按照规范研究和实证研究相结合的方法,首先从理论上论述了如何利用项目管理的方法来对技术创新过程进行有效的规划和管理,随后结合了广东科龙的技术创新项目管理成功案例来进行实证分析,最后给出应用项目管理方法对企业技术创新管理的相关建议。 研究结果主要反映在项目层面上的技术创新管理,包含以下因素:(1)公司的技术创新总体战略;(2)高层领导的参与;(3)良好的组织文化和环境;(4)利用网络资源构造技术创新的竞争优势;(5)人力资源管理;(6)信息管理;(7)具体项目管理。 应用项目管理方法对企业技术创新管理的提出以下建议:(1)制定技术创新计划;(2)选择适合自身的创新模式;(3)成立技术创新组织;(4)加强市场调查和信息的收集;(5)建立技术创新动态网络;(6)建立分享研发信息的国际性研究团队;(7)组织企业内部及企业间的学习;(8)评价、考核技术创新成果;(9)建立适应市场应变能力的企业技术创新激励机制。
[Abstract]:In today's society of high speed competition, if enterprises want to be invincible in the competition, they should regard science and technology and innovation as the powerful competitive resources and driving force of enterprises, so as to win a greater space for survival and development. At the same time create greater financial and profit. Therefore, it is the only way to establish an effective management mechanism of technological innovation, so how to effectively manage the technological innovation project has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the theory of technology innovation management and project management, this paper further analyzes how to use the project management method to carry out technology innovation management, according to the method of combining normative research and empirical research. Firstly, it discusses how to use the method of project management to effectively plan and manage the process of technological innovation, and then combines the successful case of technological innovation project management of Guangdong Kelon to carry on the empirical analysis. Finally, the paper gives the relevant suggestions of applying the project management method to the management of enterprise's technological innovation. The research results are mainly reflected in the management of technological innovation at the project level. It includes the following factors: (1) the overall strategy of the company's technological innovation; (2) the participation of senior leaders; (3) good organizational culture and environment; (4) the use of network resources to construct the competitive advantage of technological innovation; (5) human resource management; (6) information management; and (7) specific project management. The following suggestions are put forward for enterprise technology innovation management using project management method: (1) to formulate technological innovation plan; (2) to choose a suitable innovation mode; (3) to set up a technological innovation organization; (4) to strengthen market research and information collection; (5) to establish a new technology innovation model; (2) to establish a technological innovation organization; (4) to strengthen market research and information collection; Technical innovation dynamic networks; (6) building international research teams to share R & D information; (7) organizing learning within and between enterprises; (8) evaluation, (9) establishing an incentive mechanism for technological innovation of enterprises adapting to market adaptability.
