南宁市网络信息安全监测预警平台开发项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：科学的项目进度管理能够对项目过程进行有效控制和管理,及时调整和优化,能够缩短项目工期,节省项目成本,降低项目风险。本文通过分析南宁市网络信息安全监测预警平台开发项目进度管理存在的问题,找出该项目进度管理存在工期估算不合理、项目资源估算和资源处理不合理、对项目质量缺乏有效的控制管理、对不确定因素预判不足等主要问题。结合项目进度管理的相关理论和科学应用工具,深入剖析项目进度管理的现状,从科学制定项目进度计划、加强项目进度监控、做好项目资源计划和资源管理、理顺沟通机制、对影响项目进度的不确定因素等方面进行分析,提出优化对策,以具体的方法解决项目进度管理中存在的问题和困难。本论文主要是对具体项目建设的进度计划和进度控制进行研究,提出解决影响项目进度因素和难题的措施和方法,更好地对项目进度管理的实际经验和方法进行总结。
[Abstract]:Scientific project schedule management can effectively control and manage the project process, adjust and optimize in time, shorten the project duration, save the project cost and reduce the project risk. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the project schedule management of Nanning network information security monitoring and warning platform, this paper finds out that the project schedule management is unreasonable, the project resource estimation and resource processing are unreasonable. Lack of effective control and management of project quality, lack of predetermination of uncertain factors and other main problems. Combined with the relevant theories and scientific application tools of project schedule management, the present situation of project schedule management is deeply analyzed, and the project progress plan is scientifically formulated, the monitoring of project progress is strengthened, the project resource planning and resource management is done, and the communication mechanism is straightened out. This paper analyzes the uncertain factors affecting the progress of the project and puts forward the optimization countermeasures to solve the problems and difficulties existing in the project schedule management by concrete methods. This paper mainly studies the progress plan and schedule control of specific project construction, puts forward the measures and methods to solve the problems and factors affecting the progress of the project, and summarizes the practical experience and methods of project schedule management better.
