医院引资合办医疗项目应注意的问题

【摘要】:目前,不少医院在探索引资工作。我们认为,要做好引资,首先,应做好效益论证,其论证内容包括回报性、时限性。为做好论证,一要摸清市场情况,二要保证引资项目的先进性,三要做好投入产出分析。其次,应注意自身条件,即有较高的知名度、较好的医疗环境、有充足的病源等。第三,应有利于保证医院整体发展,,即有利于学科发展和专科建设,也有利于医院两个效益提高。第四,应优化合作模式,一般以合资经营、合作经营模式较好,但其经营利润分为两个阶段,即还本期和投资收益期,分成比例在于双方商定。第五,应加强引资项目管理,防止资源流失。
[Abstract]:At present, many hospitals are exploring the work of attracting investment. We believe that to do a good job in attracting investment, we should do a good job in the demonstration of benefits, including the content of return, time limit. In order to do a good job of demonstration, we should first find out the market situation, second, guarantee the advanced nature of the project of attracting investment, and third, do well the analysis of input and output. Second, we should pay attention to their own conditions, that is, have a higher visibility, a better medical environment, adequate disease sources. Thirdly, it should be beneficial to the whole development of hospital, that is, to the subject development and specialty construction, and also to the improvement of hospital efficiency. Fourth, we should optimize the cooperation mode, generally in the joint venture mode, the cooperative mode is better, but its operating profit is divided into two stages, that is, the return period and the investment return period, the proportion is agreed between the two sides. Fifth, we should strengthen the management of attracting investment projects to prevent the loss of resources.
