变电站工程信息管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着现代科技技术的快速发展,计算机软件技术已经应用到了各行各业。随着人民生活水平的不断提高,用电需求也日益增多,电力公司为了提高供电水平,各个电网企业都在相应的地区增加变电站或者是扩建线路来满足日益增加的用电需求。针对变电工程如何进行规范地管理,使其能够按照计划有序地开展,是一直困惑变电工程管理的重要问题。本文根据电力公司针对工程管理的实际情况出发,结合国内外的工程项目管理的发展情况,设计出一套符合电力公司变电站工程管理需求的信息化管理系统。本系统基于计算件软件和数据库技术实现。采用了基于B/S架构模式,无需使用人员再安装客户端程序,在开发技术方面基于J2EE技术的Struts、Spring、Hibernate框架技术来实现系统业务逻辑处理,在数据库方面使用了关系型数据库Oracle作为系统数据存储,在页面处理方面主要使用了JSP动态页面来实现数据的动态交互。本系统建立了基于变电工程的全过程管理,包括项目管理、安全管理、质量管理、造价管理、项目提醒管理等功能。涵盖了工程项目的方方页面,建立了基于项目为主线的安全、质量、物资的归档、集中管理手段,实现了施工过程的合同管理、资料管理、物资管理和安全、质量方面的建设与管理。从而规范了工程项目的施工过程,能够做到工程项目的资料有据可查、有章可循,从而提高了电力公司对工程项目的管理水平,提高了企业的工作效率也节省了大量的管理成本。本文在描述时主要是依据软件工程思想来进行设计和实现。首先,对本文的选题背景和研究意义和研究进行了分析,提出了建设本系统的必要性。其次,对建设工程管理系统所使用的技术进行了分析并对系统的主要需求进行了分析。再次,对本系统的架构和设计思路进行了概述和系统的功能设计及数据库设计进行了详细描述。再次,对系统的实现过程进行了详细描述,介绍了系统使用的实现环境及重要功能的实现过程和相关实现界面、代码。最后,对系统所使用的测试环境、测试方法和测试内容进行了描述,并对测试结果进行了总结。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, computer software technology has been applied to various industries. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for electricity is also increasing day by day. In order to improve the power supply level, all power grid enterprises increase the substation or expand the line to meet the increasing demand. It is an important problem that how to carry out the standard management of substation project and make it carry out orderly according to the plan. According to the actual situation of project management in electric power company and the development of project management at home and abroad, this paper designs a set of information management system to meet the demand of substation project management in power company. The system is based on the software and database technology. Improve the efficiency of the enterprise and save a lot of management costs. This paper is mainly based on the idea of software engineering design and implementation. Firstly, the background, significance and research of this paper are analyzed, and the necessity of constructing this system is put forward. Secondly, the technology used in the construction project management system is analyzed and the main requirements of the system are analyzed. Thirdly, the architecture and design idea of the system are summarized, and the function design and database design of the system are described in detail. Thirdly, the implementation process of the system is described in detail, and the implementation environment and important functions of the system are introduced. Finally, the test environment, methods and contents of the system are described, and the test results are summarized.
