项目风险管理在汽车零部件开发中的应用研究

【摘要】:在当前中国国民经济中,汽车制造业已是身兼重任的支柱产业,是中国经济发展“风向标”。可惜的是,目前在国内市场上大行其道的依旧是来自传统汽车强国的合资品牌。国内汽车制造企业在近年来的发展反而举步维艰,造成这一现状的原因有很多,其中很重要一个原因就是我们缺乏核心技术研发能力,尤其是关键零部件制造开发技术。 纵观当下总体形势,中国制造业时下已到了转型的关键时期。如何从制造大国突破转型为“智“造强国,如何使我们的产品摆脱低端的劳动力及原材料竞争,真正在全球高端制造市场大展宏图。及早探索出一套适合中国汽车制造业的项目开发风险管理能力是我们正面临的一个重大挑战。由此,针对项目风险管理在汽车新零部件开发的应用的研究不仅对外资巨头有重大的现实和战略意义,更是对中国本土零部件厂商有着十分重要的借鉴意义。 本文将通过研究项目风险的评估方法,项目的专题风险识别,风险源故障树分析等来介绍一个汽车发动机正时系统零部件的应用开发项目。
[Abstract]:In the current national economy, the automobile manufacturing industry is a pillar industry and a vane of China's economic development. Unfortunately, the current domestic market is still popular from the traditional car power joint-venture brands. The development of domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises in recent years is very difficult. There are many reasons for this situation. One of the important reasons is that we lack the core technology research and development ability, especially the key parts manufacturing technology. Looking at the current overall situation, China's manufacturing industry has now reached a critical period of transformation. How to transform from a manufacturing power to a "smart" power, how to get our products out of the low-end labor and raw material competition, and really in the global high-end manufacturing market. It is a major challenge for us to explore a set of project risk management capability for China's auto manufacturing industry as soon as possible. Therefore, the research on the application of project risk management in the development of new auto parts is not only of great practical and strategic significance to foreign giants, but also of great significance to the local parts manufacturers in China. This paper introduces an application development project of auto engine timing system parts by studying the evaluation method of project risk, the special risk identification of the project, and the analysis of the fault tree of the risk source.
