基于可拓理论的绿色项目管理评价模型及应用研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's economic reform, the problems of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection have been paid more and more attention by the society. Green management, as a new concept, is gradually changing the situation that traditional project management only pays attention to project quality, cost and time limit, but neglects environmental pollution and waste of resources. Especially in the stage of project bidding, it is necessary to judge the green management degree of the project implementation scheme. Therefore, the system of green project management, scientific evaluation has important theoretical significance and practical value. Based on the detailed review of extension theory, sustainable development theory, green management theory, green project management theory and the current situation of green project management evaluation, the connotation and significance of green project management are expounded. According to the above idea, this paper puts forward the construction principles and methods of the evaluation index system of green project management. In order to reflect the connotation of green project management, it selects the management index, technical index, economic index, environment index and resource index. Energy indicators, ecological indicators, seven first-level indicators, as well as staffing, staff training, information resources allocation, green construction management, the reliability of the project implementation process, the application of green technology, the degree of humanization of the project implementation process, Project cost control, risk cost control, environmental pollution control costs, water pollution control, sound, light pollution control, radioactive pollution control, air pollution control, solid waste disposal, material use control, The use of revolving materials, the use of machinery and equipment, the total amount of energy consumption, the utilization of energy, the utilization rate of clean and renewable energy, the control of construction occupation, the protection and utilization of the original land facilities, The original land ecological environment protection and other 24 secondary indexes constitute the evaluation index system of green project management, and discuss in detail the secondary indexes and their evaluation criteria, according to the extension theory, determine the classical domain and segment domain of the index. The subject element of green project management is established and the correlation degree is calculated, and the hierarchical extension evaluation model of green project management is deduced. Finally, the model is used to systematically analyze and evaluate engineering examples, and the model is calculated. The evaluation grade of green project management is obtained. The evaluation results provide a new reference for the owners to evaluate and select bids, make decisions and promote green construction from the perspective of sustainable development concept.
