易飞ERP系统中会计总账子系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来,计算机技术以及信息技术蓬勃发展,并且已经融入到大家的生活环境中,方便了我们的方方面面。随着全球贸易的发展,企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,为了能在全球化的竞争中脱颖而出,企业管理是不容忽视的问题。高效的管理方式能够有效利用企业资源,优化其资源配置,使其能够迅速发展。时代在不断的前进,这些先进的科技渐渐地影响着我们的学习和生活方式。企业资源规划(ERP,Enterprise Resource Planning)就是一种现代的,能够将信息技术融入到企业管理中的先进企业管理模式。而ERP系统中的会计总账管理系统有着重要的作用,通过该系统,管理者能够对企业的财务状况做详细的统计与分析,使其能够更好的决策,大大提高了企业财务管理的效率。目前,信息管理系统的发展已经不是简单的以技术为核心,人们对其功能上以及性能上的要求逐渐提高。在功能上,信息管理系统要根据企业的具体要求进行设计,还要满足系统化、一体化以及智能化的要求;在性能上要满足高效率、安全性、可用性以及可靠性等需求。将这些先进的科学技术以及管理方式结合起来是实现信息化管理的必要条件。而管理系统的建设也一定程度上带动了计算机技术以及信息技术的进步。当今时代,企业之间的竞争非常激烈,因此必须尽量对其管理能力有着较高要求,使管理流程以及管理模式更加规范。如今,企业管理渐渐向着标准化、一体化、智能化的大方向前进。技术问题已不是企业向信息化管理方向发展的最重要的内容,相比于技术,管理思想及模式才是关键所在。因此,信息化管理系统的建立需要充分考虑企业的业务形态,将企业各个部门的协调工作体现在系统当中。本文结合宁波双海机械制造有限公司的特点,根据其在管理上的需求,设计并实现了易飞ERP系统中会计总账子系统。本人的工作主要有三方面:第一,根据对项目的需求分析对整个易飞ERP系统进行设计,系统包含会计总账子系统、自动分录子系统、固定资产子系统、销售管理子系统、存货管理子系统、工单/委外子系统、采购管理子系统、工艺管理子系统以及批次需求计划子系统。第二,对易飞ERP系统中会计总账子系统进行了详细的设计,在系统中设计了基本信息管理、凭证处理管理、会计月结管理、财务报表管理、核算项目管理、财务预算管理、成本中心管理、汇兑损益管理以及预提回转管理等功能。第三,实现了易飞ERP系统中会计总账子系统,本文通过会计总账子系统各个功能模块实现的界面图对实现部分做了简要介绍,通过对系统进行测试,得出本文所设计并实现的会计总账子系统性能上与功能上能够满足宁波双海机械制造有限公司的财务管理需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, computer technology and information technology are booming, and have been integrated into our living environment, convenient for all aspects of our. With the development of global trade, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to stand out in the competition of globalization, enterprise management is a problem that can not be ignored. Efficient management can effectively utilize enterprise resources, optimize their resource allocation, and enable them to develop rapidly. The times are constantly advancing, these advanced technologies gradually affect our study and life style. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a kind of modern enterprise management model, which can integrate information technology into enterprise management. The accounting general ledger management system in ERP system plays an important role. Through this system, managers can make detailed statistics and analysis on the financial situation of enterprises, so that they can make better decisions and greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise financial management. At present, the development of information management system is not simply based on technology. In terms of function, the information management system should be designed according to the specific requirements of the enterprise, but also meet the requirements of systematization, integration and intelligence, and meet the requirements of high efficiency, security, availability and reliability in performance. The combination of these advanced science and technology and management methods is a necessary condition to realize information management. And the construction of management system also drives the progress of computer technology and information technology to a certain extent. Nowadays, the competition among enterprises is very fierce, so it is necessary to have higher requirements on their management ability, and make the management process and management mode more standardized. Today, the enterprise management gradually toward standardization, integration, intelligent direction forward. Technical problems are not the most important content for enterprises to develop to the direction of information management. Compared with technology, management thought and mode are the key. Therefore, the establishment of information management system needs to fully consider the business patterns of enterprises, and reflect the coordination work of various departments in the system. Based on the characteristics of Ningbo Shuanghai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, and according to its management requirements, this paper designs and implements the accounting general ledger subsystem in the ERP system of Yi Fei. My work mainly has three aspects: first, according to the demand analysis of the project to design the whole Effie ERP system, the system includes the accounting general ledger subsystem, the automatic entry subsystem, the fixed assets subsystem, the sales management subsystem, the system includes the accounting general ledger subsystem, the automatic entry subsystem, the fixed assets subsystem, the sales management subsystem, Inventory management subsystem, work order / outside subsystem, purchasing management subsystem, process management subsystem and batch demand planning subsystem. Secondly, it designs the accounting general ledger subsystem in Effi ERP system in detail. In the system, it designs basic information management, voucher processing management, accounting monthly closing management, financial statement management, accounting project management, financial budget management. Cost center management, exchange profit and loss management, as well as management functions such as advance return management. Thirdly, the accounting general ledger subsystem in Effie ERP system is realized. This paper briefly introduces the realization part through the interface diagram of each function module of the accounting general ledger subsystem, and tests the system. It is concluded that the accounting general ledger subsystem designed and implemented in this paper can meet the financial management needs of Ningbo Shuanghai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd in terms of performance and function.
