LX公司X5副车架工艺开发项目质量管理研究
[Abstract]:The development of the world automobile economy brings the opportunity of rapid development for the automobile enterprises and their related industries. However, in the fierce market competition, the basic guarantee to maintain the firm's competitive position is the enterprise's R & D ability and project management ability. Project management, especially project quality management, can have a positive impact on the improvement of R & D capability. Quality management of R & D projects is very important for the survival and development of enterprises. Improving the quality management level of R & D project is one of the key factors to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. The quality management of the process development project of X5 model X5 of LX Company has a significant effect on improving the R & D progress and R & D quality of new products of LX Company. LX Company's past new product process development project quality management process is not systematic; Project organization, project quality objectives, implementation plan, evaluation system, supplier quality planning is not comprehensive, non-standard DFMEA, control plan PPAP form, initial management confusion, quality problem correction using experience trial and error method, long period of rectification, etc. In order to solve the above problems, this paper takes the X5 model sub-frame craft development project as the medium, in the project quality management process, further absorbs the domestic and foreign advanced quality management method, uses the project management 5 core tools, From three aspects of project quality planning, quality assurance, quality control to optimize the existing LX company project quality management system, in the project quality planning, improve the project organization structure and responsibilities, project objectives (LQ-PES), project planning, Project monitoring and evaluation system, supplier synchronous quality planning of a set of processes and standards; in terms of project quality assurance, combing the FEMA, control plan, production approval of PPAP, product initial flow management, non-conforming product management process is difficult to implement, In the aspect of project quality control, using MSA measurement and analysis system and SPC statistical analysis system, combining with six 蟽 theory and seven tools of quality management, using a large amount of data and analysis conclusions to implement scientific quality control, Thus, the system of quality control and control in the process of new product development of LX Company can be constructed, which can provide reference for the further development of other products.
