A公司施工项目团队建设研究

【摘要】:项目团队建设是人力资源管理工作中的一项重要内容,也是公司不断发展的内部核心要素之一。通过合理有效的项目团队建设,可以有效地提升公司内部人才发展的空间,促进公司绩效的整体提升,实现公司经济效益和社会效益的提高,最终增强公司的核心竞争力。本文从对我国当前经济形势条件下,管理团队建设的普遍现状出发,并以A公司为例,通过分析A公司施工项目团队建设活动的现状、现有的团队建设制度和举措以及现有的项目团队建设中存在的问题和困难,结合人力资源管理相关理论知识,运用项目团队建设的方法为该公司的团队建设体系构建合理有效的优化体系。本文首先采用文献分析的方法对项目管理、团队建设和人力资源管理相关理论进行了分析和阐述,通过对公司经营管理现状的分析,以及对项目经理和项目团队核心成员的访谈了解到,虽然公司实现了较合理的团队成员结构、项目目标得到了较好的分解与执行,但公司在项目团队建设和管理方面依然存在项目团队成员间的协作较差、项目团队成员的责任意识不强、项目团队成员间的沟通不够、对团队成员的职业发展关注不够等问题。基于对以上问题原因的分析,A公司在项目团队建设和管理上应加强对项目经理和团队成员的培训,完善冲突管理与沟通,建立科学有效的激励和职业生涯管理制度。最后,为保障项目团队建设的顺利进行,公司必须对组织结构进行调整,从目前的职能制结构调整为矩阵式结构,建立一种鼓励合作和授权的企业文化,并创造一个鼓励分享和学习的环境和条件。施工项目团队建设和管理是一个系统的工程,需要公司各个部门的积极配合与合作才能完成。
[Abstract]:Project team building is an important part of human resource management and one of the core elements of the company's continuous development. Through reasonable and effective project team construction, it can effectively enhance the space of talent development in the company, promote the overall improvement of the company's performance, realize the improvement of the company's economic and social benefits, and finally enhance the core competitiveness of the company. Based on the general situation of management team construction under the current economic situation in our country, and taking company A as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of construction project team building activities in A company. The existing team-building system and measures, as well as the existing problems and difficulties in the project team building, combined with human resources management related theoretical knowledge, Use the method of project team building to build a reasonable and effective optimization system for the company's team building system. Firstly, this paper analyzes and expounds the related theories of project management, team building and human resource management by using the method of literature analysis. And interviews with project managers and core members of the project team found that although the company has achieved a more reasonable team member structure, the project objectives have been better decomposed and implemented. However, there are still some problems in the construction and management of the project team, such as poor cooperation among the members of the project team, weak sense of responsibility of the members of the project team, insufficient communication among the members of the project team, insufficient attention to the professional development of the team members, and so on. Based on the analysis of the reasons above, Company A should strengthen the training of project managers and team members, improve conflict management and communication, and establish a scientific and effective incentive and career management system in the construction and management of project team. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth construction of the project team, the company must adjust the organizational structure, from the current functional structure to the matrix structure, and establish a corporate culture that encourages cooperation and authorization. And create an environment and conditions that encourage sharing and learning. Construction project team building and management is a systematic project, which needs the cooperation and cooperation of all departments.
