基于系统集成优化的施工组织设计研究

【摘要】:近5年,火力发电工程建设快速增长,为国内工程建设创造了很大的工程市场。如何使项目管理水平得以快速提升,增加项目盈利,其首先要解决的就是施工组织设计的集成优化,一个项目的施工组织设计对于项目管理方及各参加方,尤其对承包商提高承包工程的竞争力有着举足轻重的作用。为使火电建设项目按期、优质、高效地竣工投入运营生产,并长周期安全稳定运行,保持电力市场核心竞争优势,是项目建设和管理人员面临的一个重要课题。本文首先对火电项目施工组织设计的相关理论进行简要介绍,叙述了施工组织设计的内容及作用,阐述了火电项目施工组织设计优化的目的、对象及方法。其次,结合火电工程建设项目实际特点,基于施工成本、质量、进度、安全四项评价指标构建施工组织设计集成优化模型,利用多灰色层次决策模型对施工方案进行优化,以筛选出最优施工方案。本选题对作者参与管理的安徽淮南平圩电厂三期2×1000MW级超临界燃煤发电机组工程中部分施工组织设计优化的典型案例进行详细介绍,利用施工组织设计集成优化模型对该项目进行优化,并通过决策模型选择适合该项目的最优施工方案。此外,为加强施工安全和组织管理、强化管理时效性、提高管理效率,将互联网+、4G移动通讯等信息技术和管理软件应用到施工组织设计中,详细阐述安全管理支持系统对施工组织设计进行优化,并获得较好实践的方法。笔者力图通过对施工组织设计优化进行研究总结出建设项目中的共同属性,为其他建设项目的实施提供理论参考,助推国内能源行业建设管理提升。最后,本文总结了施工组织设计优化研究的创新之处及难点,对应用三维数字建模技术打造基于数字化电站的施工组织设计优化研究进行了展望,并对施工组织设计优化的下一步研究提出了自己的观点。
[Abstract]:In the past five years, the construction of thermal power generation project has grown rapidly, which has created a large engineering market for domestic engineering construction. How to improve the level of project management quickly and increase the profit of the project, the first thing to solve is the integrated optimization of the construction organization design, the construction organization design of a project for the project management and each participant, Especially for the contractor to improve the competitiveness of the project has a pivotal role. In order to ensure that thermal power construction projects are completed and put into operation and production on schedule, run safely and steadily for a long period, and maintain the core competitive advantage of power market, it is an important subject for project construction and management personnel to face. In this paper, the related theories of thermal power project construction organization design are introduced briefly, the content and function of construction organization design are described, and the purpose, object and method of thermal power project construction organization design optimization are expounded. Secondly, the integrated optimization model of construction organization design is constructed based on the four evaluation indexes of construction cost, quality, schedule and safety, and the multi-grey decision-making model is used to optimize the construction scheme. In order to screen out the optimal construction plan. This paper introduces in detail the typical cases of the design optimization of construction organization in the 2 脳 1000MW class supercritical coal-fired generating set project in the third phase of Pingwei Power Plant in Huainan, Anhui Province, which the author participated in the management. The project is optimized by using the integrated optimization model of construction organization design, and the optimal construction scheme is selected through the decision model. In addition, in order to strengthen construction safety and organization management, strengthen management timeliness and improve management efficiency, information technology and management software such as Internet 4G mobile communication are applied to construction organization design. The safety management support system is described in detail to optimize the construction organization design and to obtain a better practical method. The author tries hard to sum up the common attribute of the construction project through the research on the construction organization design optimization, to provide the theoretical reference for the implementation of other construction projects, and to promote the construction management of the domestic energy industry. Finally, this paper summarizes the innovation and difficulties in the research of construction organization design optimization, and prospects the application of 3D digital modeling technology to the construction organization design optimization research based on digital power station. At the same time, the author puts forward his own point of view on the further study of the optimization of construction organization design.
