S公司项目团队绩效管理体系研究

【摘要】:随着我国市场经济的不断完善,企业间的竞争日益激烈,而竞争的核心是人才的竞争,因此人力资源管理的地位越发重要。绩效管理是人力资源管理的核心环节,团队合作在公司运作和发展中日显突出和重要,如何对团队成员的绩效进行有效管理,最大限度的激发团队的效率和效益,是企业一直在探索的问题。建立科学合理有效的绩效管理体系能够规范团队成员的行为,提高团队成员活动的主动性和积极性,促使其努力工作,达成企业经营的目标。本文针对S公司项目团队绩效管理体系进行研究,探讨采用KPI来衡量团队成员绩效的机制和方法。全文分为五个部分:第一部分介绍本文的写作背景和现实意义;第二部分为国内外研究文献综述;第三部分分析S公司绩效管理的现状;第四部分提出S公司绩效管理的改善及优化方案;第五部分是结论与展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce, and the core of the competition is the competition of talents, so the position of human resource management is becoming more and more important. Performance management is the core link of human resource management. Team cooperation is becoming more and more important in the operation and development of the company. How to effectively manage the performance of team members and stimulate the efficiency and effectiveness of the team to the maximum extent. Is the enterprise has been exploring the problem. The establishment of scientific, reasonable and effective performance management system can standardize the behavior of team members, improve the initiative and enthusiasm of team members, promote their hard work and achieve the goal of enterprise management. In this paper, the system of project team performance management in S Company is studied, and the mechanism and method of using KPI to measure the performance of team members are discussed. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the writing background and practical significance of this paper; the second part is the domestic and foreign literature review; the third part analyzes the current situation of S company performance management; The fourth part puts forward the improvement and optimization scheme of S company performance management, the fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.
