G公司FMS安装工程项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:现代企业面对日益激烈的市场竞争,除了自身具有良好的产品或服务质量之外,在产品或服务过程中形成的管理也非常重要,包括保障这些企业正常运营所必需的内部管理工作。传统管理以简单重复的“企业管理”工作为主,而以一次性、独特性为显著特征的“项目管理”,在现代企业管理日益凸显其重要作用。项目管理以工程建设项目为最有代表性。其中,进度管理是判断工程项目是否是科学管理的直观依据。合理安排进度,巧妙调整工程项目实施前、实施过程中以及实施后的有关工作(工序),可以改变整个工程项目的进度。优化工程项目的进度管理有助于完善相应的管理服务工作。而对于像G公司这样的生产型企业而言,FMS的生产工序不仅能够提升公司整体的生产效率,还能够保障未来生产过程中的产品质量。G公司就是这样一家企业,既需要注重效率,又需结合最新的FMS的生产方式进行运营。基于此,本文开展了G公司的FMS安装工程项目的进度研究。旨在能够通过对本文的研究,找到目前G公司在FMS的安装项目中存在的不足,并结合项目进度管理的一般性知识,进行系统性的分析,最终结合关键路径法、网络结构图等多种项目进度管理的工具,对FMS的安装项目进行优化,节省了G公司在安装过程中的时间成本和经济成本,为G公司后期的进一步生产应用提供更加有效的保障。
[Abstract]:In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, modern enterprises, in addition to their own good product or service quality, in the process of product or service management is also very important. Including the internal management necessary to ensure the normal operation of these enterprises. Traditional management focuses on simple and repetitive "enterprise management" work, while "project management", which is characterized by one-off and uniqueness, plays an increasingly important role in modern enterprise management. Project management to engineering construction projects for the most representative. Among them, schedule management is the intuitive basis to judge whether the project is scientific management. Reasonable arrangement of schedule and skillful adjustment of the relevant work (working procedures) before, during and after the implementation of the project can change the progress of the whole project. Optimizing the project schedule management is helpful to perfect the corresponding management service. For a production-oriented enterprise such as G Company, the FMS production process can not only enhance the overall production efficiency of the company, but also ensure the product quality in the future production process. G Company is such an enterprise. It needs to pay attention to efficiency. Also needs to combine the newest FMS production mode carries on the operation. Based on this, this paper carried out the progress of G Company's FMS installation project. The purpose of this paper is to find out the shortcomings of G Company in the FMS installation project, and combine the general knowledge of project schedule management, carry on systematic analysis, and finally combine the critical path method. Various tools of project schedule management, such as network structure diagram, optimize the installation project of FMS, save the time cost and economic cost in the installation process of G Company, and provide more effective guarantee for the further production and application of G Company in the later stage.
