德州职业技术学院开放式实验室管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:为了更好地服务同学们的日常学习,开放式实验室作为德州职业学院教学资源的重要组成部分,更应该加快信息化的建设。以人为本,因材施教,加强实验教学,培养创新型人才是德州职业学院实践教学改革的方向。实践教学作为德州职业学院教学体制改革的重要组成部分,而开放式实验室又是同学们提高动手能力的重要途径,这就需要我们合理利用开放式实验室资源。为了尽量有效的利用人力资源和设备资源,开放式实验室的合理化管理显得特别重要。系统使用B/S框架进行开发,利用高级程序语言Java进行底层代码的开发。相应地采用J2EE框架并结合SSH技术架构进行系统整体的设计,通过MVC框架的View视图展示系统的数据并接收用户的输入,传递给Model之后进行数据的整理模型化,对其进行业务处理并交由Control进行数据的计算,经过一系列操作之后将结果交由View显示给用户。该系统使用SQL Server2014进行数据库的设计。系统实现的主要功能为实验教学功能、实验室开放功能、实验室管理功能、仪器设备耗材管理功能和系统管理功能。实验教学功能包括实验教学文档管理、教学任务安排、实习与课程设计、课表查询等。实验室开放功能包括项目管理和打印。仪器设备管理功能包括仪器状态管理、仪器设备汇总以及设备查询。系统管理功能包括信息资源管理、通知管理、在线评价以及用户权限管理等。信息资源管理和通知管理功能下的操作有信息的添加、修改和删除等。用户权限管理功能下的操作有用户管理、角色管理和权限设置。德州职业技术学院开放式实验室管理系统投入使用后对学院内的实验室等数据信息进行了统一的信息化管理,实现了实验教学的信息化模式,有效提高了学院工作人员进行实验室管理的工作效率,提高了德州职业技术学院的信息化水平。

Laboratory opening features include project management and printing. The functions of instrument management include instrument status management, instrument equipment summary and equipment inquiry. System management functions include information resource management, notification management, online evaluation and user rights management. Information resource management and notification management under the operation of information to add, modify and delete, etc. User rights management function under the operation of user management, role management and permission settings. After the open laboratory management system of Texas Vocational and Technical College has been put into use, the laboratory and other data information in the college have been unified information management, and the information mode of experimental teaching has been realized. It improves the efficiency of laboratory management and the informatization level of Texas Vocational and Technical College.
