北京国金管理咨询公司工程项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:北京国金管理咨询公司随着自身的发展壮大,参与到了越来越多的工程项目建设中,在处理越来越多的业务的时候,逐渐遇到了一些经营管理的困境。例如,公司壮大之后,部门之间的沟通交流不畅,极大影响了企业的运营效率和运营成本;公司业务增多,需要管理的资料随之激增,原有的人工管理方式严重不能满足现实需求,而且随着业务增多,公司难以及时消化处理新的知识经验。为了解决这些问题,提升公司自身在工程项目咨询领域的竞争力,北京国金管理咨询公司管理层决定借鉴国外相关咨询公司的经验,开发一套工程工程项目管理系统自用。根据北京国金管理咨询公司和该公司所参与的工程项目的实际情况,并且在借鉴国内外相关系统经验的基础上,决定采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式,使用当下最成熟、最流行的轻量级开源框架SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3)来实现该系统。另外,根据需求分析结果,采用SQL Server 2014作为该系统的数据库。该系统按照需求分析,设计实现了项目规划立项,物料采购管理,项目质量与安全管理,项目验收与评估管理,项目综合信息管理功能。其中项目规划立项划分为项目建议、项目可研(即可行性研究)、项目立项、规划文档、预算及成本管理、计划进度管理六个模块进行实现。物料采购管理划分为供应商管理,采买管理,监造管理,物料管理四部分进行实现。项目质量与安全管理划分为项目质量管理和项目安全管理。项目验收与评估管理划分为项目验收管理和项目评估管理两部分。项目综合信息管理划分为信息统计,标准化管理,知识管理三部分进行实现。北京国金管理咨询公司工程项目管理系统的设计实现对于北京国金管理咨询公司具有重要的实际意义。该管理系统帮助国金公司解决了公司内部沟通问题,提高了对文件的管理效率,提高了公司对知识的消化获取能力,极大增强了国金管理咨询公司的行业竞争力。

According to the actual situation of Beijing Guojin Management Consulting Company and the engineering project in which the company participated, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant system experience at home and abroad, we decided to adopt the B / S (browser / Server) mode and use the most mature model at present. The most popular lightweight open source framework SSH (Struts2 Spring Hibernate3) to implement the system. In addition, according to the result of requirement analysis, SQL Server 2014 is used as the database of the system. According to the requirement analysis, the system realizes the functions of project planning and establishment, material purchasing management, project quality and safety management, project acceptance and evaluation management, and project comprehensive information management. The project planning is divided into six modules: project proposal, project feasibility study, project establishment, planning document, budget and cost management, and planning schedule management. Material purchasing management is divided into four parts: supplier management, purchasing management, supervision management and material management. Project quality and safety management is divided into project quality management and project safety management. Project acceptance and evaluation management is divided into two parts: project acceptance management and project evaluation management. The project integrated information management is divided into three parts: information statistics, standardized management and knowledge management. The design and implementation of the engineering project management system of Beijing Guojin Management Consulting Company is of great practical significance for Beijing Guojin Management Consulting Company. The management system helps the company to solve the internal communication problems, improve the efficiency of document management, improve the ability of the company to digest and acquire knowledge, and greatly enhance the industry competitiveness of Guojin management consulting company.
