保障房建设项目信息管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】:在我国城镇化进程中,保障性住房作为一种特殊的住宅类型对社会稳定发展起重要作用。保障性住房建设是以政府以改善人民群众的居住条件为主要目的的一项重要举措,有利于优化我国住房结构,带动产业、刺激消费,对促进房地产市场的健康发展有重要意义。但是,由于相关部门存在重建设、轻管理等问题,保障房管理在信息化方面发展较为落后,存在“信息孤岛”、行政审批数据不一致等问题。在互联网发速发展和移动办公日益深入等大环境下,深入保障房建设项目信息化进程迫在眉睫。在互联网发展的大形势下,本文设计并实现了保障房建设项目信息管理系,通过该系统的建设,实现贵阳市保障房房源及相关项目的信息化管理过程。本文利用统一建模语言(UML)的相关工具从业务流程、系统功能分析、数据分析等角度对系统的设计以实现过程进行了全面的研究与分析。本文首先提出了课题的研究背景,在分析了国内外研究现状的基础上,分析了选题的研究意义及研究的主要内容。从软件工程的角度,在工程项目管理理论和UML统一建模语言基础上,对保障房建设项目信息管理系统进行全面的研究与分析。本文中全面梳理了建设项目管理中的业务逻辑,应用数据库技术对项目建设中的庞大数据进行统一管理,结合UML建模分析,优化管理模式,提高建设项目的管理水平,为领导提供快速数据查询和项目审批途径,方便决策和综合评价。本系统的研究与分析对类似建设项目决策与建设具有重要意义,该系统的设计方法和思路也可为其他同等单位信息化建设提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization in China, as a special type of housing, affordable housing plays an important role in the stable development of society. The construction of affordable housing is an important measure for the government to improve the living conditions of the people. It is beneficial to optimize the housing structure, stimulate industry, stimulate consumption, and promote the healthy development of the real estate market. However, due to the problems of heavy construction, light management and so on, indemnificatory apartment's management is relatively backward in information development, "information island" and inconsistent administrative examination and approval data and so on. Under the circumstances of the rapid development of Internet and the deepening of mobile office, it is urgent to go deep into the informatization process of indemnificatory apartment construction project. Under the situation of Internet development, this paper designs and implements the information management department of indemnificatory apartment construction project. Through the construction of this system, we can realize the information management process of indemnificatory apartment house and related projects in Guiyang. In this paper, the design and implementation process of the system is studied and analyzed from the point of view of business process, system function analysis and data analysis by using the related tools of Unified Modeling language (UML). In this paper, the research background of the topic is put forward, and the significance and main contents of the research are analyzed on the basis of analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad. From the point of view of software engineering, on the basis of engineering project management theory and UML unified modeling language, this paper makes a comprehensive research and analysis on indemnificatory apartment's construction project information management system. This paper comprehensively combs the business logic in the construction project management, uses the database technology to carry on the unified management to the huge data in the project construction, unifies the UML modeling analysis, optimizes the management pattern, enhances the construction project management level, To provide leaders with rapid data query and project approval path, convenient decision-making and comprehensive evaluation. The research and analysis of this system is of great significance to the decision making and construction of similar construction projects. The design methods and ideas of the system can also be used as reference for the information construction of other similar units.
